‘Twas my first time at Det Ny Teater, as we watched Billy Elliot the Musical. The place was smaller than I expected, which made it quite intimate. The chairs were comfortable, the staff was very nice (and they were very helpful despite my very basic level of Danish), and overall a great experience. I have yet to check out the other theaters in my new home town, but I’m excited to do so already, if Det Ny Teater is an indication of the quality of theaters in town.
