Great food and great service. Got the 5 course menu and the wine pairing was pleasant.

One of the new Michelin star kids on the block. The chefs are both in their twenties and are starting to make waves in the dining scene. Most of the patrons seem to be on dates except for a handful of larger tables. Possibly because it was Saturday night? After a few min i realized i knew our server. Turns out he took care of me at Grønbech & Churchill a couple of years ago. Small world. Actually a lot of their staff came from there. Wasnt feeling totally well i ate a few small things. The shrimp and bisque dish where the shrimp comes wrapped in thyme/herbs like a bouquet garnier. You cut it to reveal a spiced, cooked shrimp that is partially peeled. You then dip the meat into the bisque which you also drink separately. The other dish was an octopus«Pulpo», Jerusalem Artichokes, Ginger & Kumquats. Cooked till tender and well flavored. I think the service is a bit understaffed and are also at the whims of the kitchen timing which is also small. I think once they work these kinks out it will be a really solid restaurant. 4.25 stars
