Tiramisu is an amazing restaurant. It has a great atmosphere, service and food. It had great lighting. It feels as if you are sitting outside due to its big windows. The food was served relatively fast and it was also really good and fresh.

Have been many times, but not enough. Never a bad meal, and service was good. It’s touted as as pizza place, but it’s more. This is one place I wish I could go more often, but it’s a long way from Florida. I don’t give many a five, but it’s nothing less.
Your dining experience may differ, but I don’t think even the ill mannered will get poor service. Lol lol lol.
Please know yourself. If your an ass; go somewhere else to eat.

Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Pizzas y pastas de la zona oriente de Santiago. Puede sorprenderte la cantidad de gente que diariamente asiste al lugar, por lo que si quieres ir debes hacerlo con tiempo, pues no te arrepentirás de la calidad de la comida y onda del lugar. Inmerso en el corazón de Isidora Goyenechea en Providencia al frente de la plaza Perú. Los precios son bien accesibles para todos los bolsillos. Sin duda un lugar que debes conocer si nunca has ido y repetir un par de veces si ya lo conoces.

Had a late night bite here because I noticed the place was always super busy, and I can’t say it disappointed. Wine pours are generous and there is a fun Italian vibe here created through décor and lighting, however the music was a fun but interesting mix of American Classic Rock. We had a cheese plate that was also of generous portion along with skewered shrimp that were well seasoned and flavorful. Overall a good experience, however service was slightly slow likely due to how crowded the place was.

Lugar exquisito
Lo que más me gusta es la relación precio y calidad, para la ubicación que tiene los precios están bastante bien, debe ser por eso que se llena nivel micro del transantiago. Por lo que le recomiendo reservar si o si, porque después es un martirio conseguir mesa. La última vez que cenamos ahí había una fila kilometrica y eso que era un martes.
He probado pizzas, ensaladas y todo es delicioso, la atención esmerada y los postres un manjarsh.
Si le puedo pedir algo mas a este lugar es que amplien la carta de chelitas. Salvo eso que viva el tiramisú

No hay nada mejor en el sector de Isidora Goyenechea que sea bueno, bonito, barato!
La comida es exquisita y no es cara. Yo siempre pido Piadine de pollo avicado y le agrego queso… Es exquisito y la masa deliciosa.
El unico inconveniente es que se llena muchisimo, es ideal reservar sobre todo si se trata de una celebracion con hartas personas invitadas. Muy buena ubicacion, el lugar es muy bonito, muy bien decorado y la atencion de los mozos es biena (aunque a veces son un poco apresurados).
Recomendado 100%!!! Mi piadine + limonada + proporcional de la invitacion al cumpleañero = $ 13.000 y eso que apenas pude comer el plato completo

Amazing Italian food and an Italian feel that is tough to beat in Santiago! This restaurant is almost like 3 in one, with a great bar/​winebar, outdoor seating area in back, and a dining room big enough to accommodate the droves of ciudadanos (and some expats) that flock here on weekends.
What I ate — Pizza (numerous), calzone, shrimp app, wine, pisco sours
Ambiance — 4.8÷5
The rustic feel of the place is perfectly suited to its casual/​smart casual vibe and can accommodate a first date, anniversary, birthday party, or just an evening out with friends. Perfectly lit, very clean, and comfortably noisy (American hipster rock playing at an appropriate level) the restaurant is also welcoming to families with young children. The only thing that can improve the feel of the place would be if they threw in an accordion player or a Bocelli impersonator.
Service — 4.5÷5
An above average showing. Great and enthusiastic staff who are attentive and polite. The only thing holding them back is the time it took from order to food delivery, which was a little longer than desired. It’s a large restaurant, and it seems as if their service is still catching up to the growth (it used to be smaller).

I rate this food to be exquisite, with a knowledge that they never advertised gourmet. It’s rustic, northern Italian comfort food (mostly) and it is the punto en blanco for what it does. Great thin crust pizzas and wonderful shrimp from the grill. Plenty to take home at the end of the day.

El ambiente es muy c{omodo y su variedad de barras hacen que la espera para conseguir una mesa sea disfrutable.
La atencion es excelente, te reciben con una sonrisa y siempre predispuestos a darte un buen servicio.

Me gusta el ambiente, muy taquillero pero me molesta la extensa carta, preferiría que tuvieran menos variedad pero de primera calidad que mucha y calidad media. El calzone de salmón ahumado con nueces, espinaca y queso, es uno de mis platos favoritos y sin olvidar el tiramisu como postre que está hecho perfectamente, supongo que es ese su especialidad.

Loved this place! The décor and atmosphere was awesome. It was packed. Definitely one of the popular spots in Santiago. Not sure about English menus bit I was able to navigate the Spanish and order a good pizza. One pizza with 4 individual spices of salami, mushroom, ham and artichoke. I love it.

Great pizza, excellent cocktails and very reasonable prices. We had a long wait as the place was really hopping. We arrived about 8:10 on a Saturday, finally got seated around 9:45. There were still people waiting when we left around 11 pm! We had a variety of tasty pisco sours while we waited.
For dinner, we ordered 3 pizzas — rucola with arugula, prosciutto and shaved grana padana cheese; mushroom; pepperoni and sausage. They were all great. The pizzas have a New York type crust — thin, chewy and crisply. Excellent! All this for about 50,000 pesos. We love the food and vibe of Tiramisu. Highly recommended!

I know, I know. The New Yorker is giving five stars to a pizza place in Santiago. Eat me. Actually don’t eat me, eat this pizza.
I think it’s because this place is so different from almost everywhere else in the area that it’s so popular with locals and tourists alike. They have a pretty extensive menu, but I went for the Diavola pizza, which was a fantastic choice if you like spicy foods. They recommended a couple of local beers to match the flavor profile of the pizza, and it was a nice break from all the wine I’d been having at other restaurants.

Buenas pizzas, muy ricas, bien finitas y hechas con buena materia prima. En conjunción con una muy buena atención hacen de este lugar un éxito reconocido por todos.
Pero eso no quiere decir que al pagar la cuenta, sea un dolor para la billetera. Todo lo contrario, el precio es más que razonable y más barato que otros lugares de la zona. Es por eso que es muy difícil conseguir mesa si uno va después de las 21 hs.
Lo único que le faltaría al lugar es ampliar la carta de cervezas. No hay nada más rico que disfrutar una pizza con una buena cerveza.
Me olvidaba mencionar que el tiramisú esta BUENÍSIMO.

Visiting Santiago and staying downtown, my guide recommended if in the mood for Italian try Tiramisu. We did and we enjoyed !
A 2 block walk from the Ritz this restaurant serves great Italian eats and pizzas. (no pasta but great dishes none-​the-​less. Enjoyed a salami and Spanish sausage pie with a glass of house premium red vino. Cooked right with clean and good flavors. Wife had the calzone which could of been cooked a bit more and the cheese needed melting so mediocre that time round. The atmosphere and décor were nice with a good vibe going throughout the place. Host willing and able to accommodate English but they did have English menus in addition. Tight space but fun time with good Italian foods. Very busy, so you may have to wait on a table but enjoy a beer or vino while you wait. Cheers !

Ya he ido varias veces a este sitio, el cual me parece el mejor restaurante de pizzas en Santiago, me voy hasta el punto que no tiene nada que envidiarle a ningún otro sitio de pizzas en el mundo (bueno, solo las de Italia).
Un ambiente genial para compartir con amigos de noche o un fin de semana.
Atención mas que excelente, hasta el punto que los trabajan en el lugar parece gustarles mucho el trabajo que hacen y en consecuencia recibes un buen trato todo el tiempo.
Sin dudas seguiré regresando a Tiramisú a seguir comiendo pizza con amigos, pero un día voy a tener que ver la carta de postres a ver si en verdad tienen tiramisú y probarlo para ver si es igual de bueno que el propio local que lleva ese nombre.

Creo q no hay muchas personas que no conozcan este lugar.
Destaca por todo en realidad; la decoración y ambientación, cada espacio es distinto, muy lindo y cómodo. La iluminación perfecta, íntima.
La atención… Desde la puerta en adelante normalmente simpática y atenta.
Los tragos y comidas muy ricos, nunca he tenido una mala experiencia al respecto, y cada vez que pido alguna variable, es cumplida.
La música es buena, el público agradable.

New to Santiago, we ventured out from our hotel with only a vague notion of where this was located. We don’t speak Spanish but everyone tried to help us find the way. We took the long route, but find it we did.
And glad we were that we found this popular, lively, and delicious restaurant. The pizza was so good that we went back again during our short visit to Santiago. We shared a salad and a pizza and had more than enough. Prices are reasonable for the location.

Me gusta harto este lugar, las pizzas muy buenas y de un tamaño que pareciera estar en linea con el precio. La atención de los garzones es excelente, aun considerando el caos de la hora de almuerzo. Las pizzas son un must en este restaurant. La corteza, el tamaño, el sabor y los ingredientes. La pizza Diavola y la ensalada Gamberetti es muy popular entre los comensales. Para tomar intenta con el pisco sour de Albahaca. Además de las pizzas y las ensaladas, sin aún queda espacio, los postres son excelentes: Tiramisú, Crème brûlée y Gelato Caramel.
La propuesta, el ambiente y toda la decoración, quedará en tu mente y sin duda, querrás volver. Es mejor reservar, porque en las horas punta es difícil encontrar mesa.

Great atmosphere! Delicious food! Got there when it opened and it filled up quickly. There is a great menu with a huge assortment of pizzas to choose from. Sin duda, uno de los mejores restaurantes italianos de Santiago.
Todo el mundo habla de este restaurante y la verdad no es para menos. Es sin duda el establecimiento con más gente que yo he visto en todo el tiempo que llevo en la ciudad. Siempre, vayas el día que vayas y en el horario que vayas, está lleno.
Tiene una carta muy variada, pizzas de todos los estilos (Calzone, Piadina, con tomate y sin tomate de base), ensaladas, pescados, carnes, pastas y carpaccios. Lo mejor es la calidad, pidas el plato que pidas es grande, con productos muy frescos y rico! Los platos son contundentes, por lo que con un fondo suele ser más que suficiente.
Como decía siempre está lleno, por lo que es importante reservar con antelación. El inconveniente es que no a todas horas se puede hacer reserva, solo dejan en las primeras horas del servicio de almuerzo y de cena, después es por orden de llegada, por lo que es más que probable que te toque esperar. Ellos están súper pendientes, puedes estar tranquilamente en la barra tomando un Pisco Sour que te avisan tan pronto como la mesa esté disponible y te van a buscar.
Creo que es de los restaurantes más exitosos de la ciudad y no creo equivocarme diciendo que es debido a que siempre mantienen una misma calidad en lo que sirven. Después de haber ido por más de 10 veces, he de decir que no me canso.
