The best food I had in Santiago. Charming small café environment, with a dedicated vegan chef who truly cares about creating quality plant based cuisine.
My friends and I ordered the pizza trio (3 different varieties of vegan pizza), which was very impressive-​delicious cashew cheese and fresh sauce and vegetables. We also ordered the tacos, and 2 other dishes that I forget the names of. Everything was so incredibly good. Flavorful and complex without being overly salty or heavy. Exactly what vegan food in 2015 should be. I tried 3 different desserts here as well, all of which were perfectly crafted and not overly sweet.
Our server was lovely and very attentive. All major credit cards accepted. If you are in Santiago you MUST come here.

Vegano de autor. Local chiquito. Lugar para 10 comensales adentro y otro tanto afuera. La carta varía de tarde a noche. Comimos unos canelones y una lasagna riquísimos. Se llena fácil así recomiendan hacer reserva. Abren los domingos.

Hands down, most creative and equally delicious vegan restaurant I have been to. I have eaten my way through Chicago and NYC (both vegan epicenters) but Shakti kills it when it comes to flavor, value and creativity. So. Freaking. Good.
Cute area to walk around in.
