Alaska Sushi

Pretty awesome sushi, especially for take out. They have really good discounts on Monday (buy 2 get 1 roll free all day) and Tuesday/​Wednesday (buy 2 rolls get 1 free, only until 6pm).
The menu is extensive and we found the quality and portion sizes to be great. During a deal day, we ordered 3 rolls for 7,000 CLP and each roll had about 12 large pieces, it was more than enough for 2 people.
The place is small inside and we’ve never eaten in, so I can’t comment on service, etc.

One day, after coming back from the gym, I came across this small sushi restaurant on Portugal. The reason why it sparked my interest was the promotion they were offering: 60 pieces for 15.000!
I was hesitant at first, because whenever I buy sushi with a promo it has always been a bit disappointing but, I decided to give it a try (plus, I was super hungry and couldn’t wait to get back home to eat) So, I ordered the promo and waited while watching the sushi chef effortlessly and gracefully make my rolls.
The rolls arrived on a sushi boat — points for great presentation. Also, points for super accommodating staff that gave me extra wasabi and ginger. Review of the rolls: the cream cheese was real, the salmon fresh and the rice perfectly made. Overall, great experience, delicious rolls and awesome service (I had to take out money but they started making my rolls despite having not paid.)
Tips:
Come on your birthday and the age you are turning is the discount you receive!
Take cash out before coming. Their promos are always better when you pan in cash.
