I go to Tim’s lots. This is by far the best Tim’s in Winnipeg.
The food is always fresh, they have a great manager, very clean, lots of long term staff and a shout out to Carla!
Stay away from the Tim’s on 255 Maryland. My understanding is that they are both owned by the same guy, but 255 is a terrible location. Insane parking lot and bad drive thru.
This location 1146 portage has the best drive thru. Even if the lineup is 20 cars deep you will have your coffee in just a few minutes.

Tiny. Crowded. Delicious.
This is definitely the hot spot (or any other Tim Horton’s) for the nightly crowd. The clientele range from young to old. Coffee is superb, prices are acceptable, portions aren’t American-​over-​the-​top, they’re actually quite satisfying, pastries are abundant and fresh and they actually have a wide selection of hot teas. I totally dig that.
I’d pick Tim Horton’s any day over Starbucks.
