As a health food store we focus on vitamins, supplements, herb, teas and personal care items. Our major lines include Natural Factors, NOW, Prairie Naturals, Nature’s Harmony, Trophic, Renew Life, Sierra Sil and Nature’s Way
We also carry a wide range of organic grains, flours and cereals. Hemp and Chia are always in good supply.
We have recently expanded and carry a large selection of gluten free pastas, snack, mixes and frozen items. Udi’s, Glutino, Amy’s and O’Dough and more are available in our freezer section.
We also still carry a wide range of fresh reasonably priced bulk food items including baking supplies, spices, nuts, snacks and teas and coffees. Christmas baking supplies are a winter specialty as well as personalized or pre-made nut and candy trays.

Although I have been in the «people» business for most of my life, I have spent the last 18 years in the health food industry. I hold a master’s degree as well as having done studies and courses with various industry related schools and programs. As a security measure I also hold a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. :-)
