We offer Meditation Classes, Personal and Professional Development Workshops and have a retail space with products that support whole life wellness and well being.

We really do specialize in Self-​Empowerment. Whether it be gathered from learning new skills or sitting very still, we endeavour to help you give yourself the power to make the choices necessary to live life on your own terms.

Based in Winnipeg’s Little Italy, right in the heart of Corydon, we like to refer to ourselves as being a little treasure trove of wares, right up the stairs between the Maple Bistro and the Red Cactus.

History

Established in 2010.

Plain Jane Ink actually started on the Left Coast of Canada and became a bricks and mortor business after a move back to Winnipeg in November 2010.

PJI was just waiting for the perfect space to allow it to stretch its wings and create the just right environment to offer its mutitude of services. Enter #3−691 Corydon in March of 2012 and the physical presence of the company came to life!

Ever evolving, even in its short Winnipeg existence, PJI has welcomed many, fine tuned products and tweaked services and are very happy to be where we are, enjoying each moment and looking forward to a wonder-​filled future.

Bio… always such a daunting task!

Let’s put it this way… after a successful retail management and operations career, Laura turned to career developement to fully use all experiences and skills she had gathered along her career path.

Finding much fulfilment in this role, but missing a little something, Laura added a small biz consulting and workshop production and facilitation component while in Victoria, and found herself about 75% fulfilled.

After a move back to her hometown of Winnipeg and experiencing a few major life changes, Laura made the move to full time self employment with a collection of services that not only now fulfilled her 100%, but also created an interactive template for others to reach the same level of life joy/​happiness/​wellness/​success.

From Meditation to Resume Building to Small Biz Consulting to Product Promotion, everything that Laura is now doing has a real life application that has had a role in the creation of her now harmonic and balanced life.
