Description

Specialties

Organizations today are being forced like never before to dramatically change the way they conduct business in order to remain profitable. I offer a fresh approach to achieving this objective.

James Ladd (Life & Business Coach) offers individual, team and organizational coaching, designed to enhance your business performance by bringing you and your employees into a better balance with who you are as individuals and members of a team, where each of you want to go and how each of you want to get there. It is about aligning the three to achieve individual, team and organizational goals and objectives.

History

Established in 2005.

Prior to the fall of 2001, I had been working in my own business as an organizational development specialist. That fall I became ill and for the next two years was not able to work as I struggled to stay alive while waiting for a double lung transplant. In August of 2003 I was very fortunate to receive this gift of life and it took two more years to recover. When I finally realized that I was going to live I made the decision to become a Life & Business Coach, which at that time was an emerging profession I was ideally suited for.

life changing event that presented me the opportunity to form James Ladd — Life and Business Coaching. Moving along my path like many of us do, I learned that I had a life-threatening lung disease and that I would likely not survive. But as God would have it, I was blessed with a double lung transplant in August of 2003. This experience is what drives me to help my clients every day. I learned that it’s about being able to live until you die.

After much reflection, I have made many changes in my life, including leaving football after 37 years to focus on my family and my company. I bring to my clients a well-rounded skill set, education and a unique blend of life experiences that very few can speak to, and I consider it a privilege to live each and every day. It is my goal to coach people toward a place where they can honestly say the same.
