With particular attention to families needing help with children with conditions such as ADHD, childhood depression /​anxiety, diabetes, allergies, and asthma to name a few, Discover Reflexology is there to support you.

Business Owner

Trenna Reid is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT), certified through the Reflexology Association of Canada. Specializing in Child and Adolescent Reflexology, Trenna is helping families of all ages rediscover the benefits of natural healing.

After seeing first hand the results of reflexology that has helped with conditions such as allergies, stress, anxieties, and even ADHD within her own family, Trenna decided to provide reflexology as a service to other families as well.

Trenna’s previous experience lies with 10 years of administration within the health care system in Manitoba and moving on from there to work with non-​profit organizations. It was from there that Trenna left the corporate world to find a complementary resource, reflexology.
