Donairs are delicious. If you order hummus a la carte it’s a very generous serving. Their falafel is very salty. The one dish that I love. Thus the 3 stars. But the platters of any entrée is nice generous servings.

I tried their pizza on my first visit because this place is called«best pizza and donair» so why not try the donair pizza? It’s $ 21 for the large pizza and it’s topped with halal donair beef, tomatoes, onions and feta cheese and doused with this sweet sauce. The pizza itself was fine, tasted like any other pizza in terms of crust but I found that the traditional sweet sauce that they put on it sort of clashed with the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce base tasted more like tomato paste, a little strong acid wise. If I were to get this again, I would skip the sweet sauce. On another visit, some coworkers and I walked over and picked up some chicken shawarmas($ 7.99 each). The pita wrap is really soft and yummy and it’s filled with Halal chicken, garlic sauce, lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. It was a decent shawarma but not my favourite, the chicken had a stronger spice that sort of overpowered everything. I think the spice might have been cloves and/or nutmeg. Not my favourite chicken shawarma in the city but I’d try something else here next time. The place caters to take out as there’s like one small table if you want to eat really quickly there.
