Over the past two days I’ve needed to go into, and call, the salon: once to buy some clip-in hair extensions(my secret is out!), and the phone call was to get some hair extension-care info(sultphite-free shampoo folks!). Both interactions were with front end staff who couldn’t have been more friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. Marked improvement over the customer service I’d been accustomed to. I felt very welcome(and non-square!) — great job grrls!
