Was not a pleasant experience. It was dirty. The staff wasn’t very nice or helpful. It was my 21st Birthday and we got a suite. There was dried blood on the bed skirts. The suite wasnt cleaned well. There were odd sounds through out the building. The other guests were loud and rude, which isn’t the hotels fault but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The only reason this place doesn’t get five stars is due to the parking and renovations going on. But in terms of the room, comfort and cleanliness this place was excellent. The suite we received had a separate bedroom, but not only a pull out sofa but a queen sized bed in the living room which worked out perfectly. I am pretty picky about hotels and this place passed the test. The price was great and I must say the service at the front desk was EXCELLENT! I’m a fan!

We stayed in a suite for a bachelorette party. There was a good amount of space and everything was clean and comfortable. There was a queen bed, a king bed and the couch pulled out. The location is good, an easy walk to anywhere in the downtown Windsor area. The room had a mini-fridge. It was both odd and annoying that it was locked and you had to use a key that was attached to the fridge each time you wanted to open it. What the purpose of locking it, but attaching a key that you could not remove, I have no idea. The other issue we noticed was that there was a slight buzzing noise, while not loud we still noticed it. Other information: –They lock the elevator after a certain time so you need a key card to use the elevator. –The parking lot across the street is $ 5, but you have to pay again if you move your car. They have a structure for $ 12 that allows you to leave and come back. –We did not do breakfast but were told there was a continental one available. –The wifi is free.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Quality Suites this past Canada Day and we found it very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The Room: Spacious, extra pillows and blankets on hand in the closet. Various useful things(hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, alarm clock and night light in the washroom) in the room. Quality mattress, very clean. All furniture in good condition. Heavenly water pressure in the shower, a luxury compared to home. TV had a good selection of channels. Wireless internet access was available in the rooms. Amenities: The room came with the standard complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee & tea packets. Various other items were available free of charge from the front desk if you forget to bring them along(toothbrush, shave gel, razor, etc). A computer for guest use was available in the lobby, however this was not free. Breakfast: A full breakfast is included with your room rate. In our case the full breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a small hot tray of each eggs & little sausages and a waffle machine. It was nothing to write home about, but it was nice to have a hot meal in the morning. Staff: The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. After checking out we wanted to store one of our bags while we crossed the border for a few hours. The front desk staff gladly stored it for us. Parking: Parking is not included in your room rate but there is a garage located across the street and there are several lots nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would return.
