History
Established in 2014.
Our founder, Christine Fay, has been baking without gluten, dairy or soy since 2007, and has developed delicious recipes that are free from those allergens yet have a taste and texture similar to traditional baked goods. The recipes were originally developed for her son, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. This drove her to create recipes that are as close to traditional flavours and textures as possible.
