History

Established in 2012.

We are a family owned and operated establishment. We wanted to give customer exceptional quality and a fun concept. Most customers usually change something from a menu they have been given. We wiped the slate clean and allow you to creat your plate from the size up! The sky is the limit. We are entirely homemade, local ingredient sourced and provide healthy as well as gluten free options! We are proud of our product and concept and love our food! We can’t wait for you to come and try! We hope you’ll live it too!

Meet the Business Owner

Bianca M.

Business Owner

Bianca attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY in 2001. While there, she graduated with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. During her time there she completed an internship with Food Network Television in New York City. She worked with many talented celebrity chefs like Emeril Legasse, Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence, Sara Moulton and Rachael Ray.

While working on 30 minute meals, Bianca was approached to be one of Rachael Ray’s Food stylists for her upcoming syndicated daytime talk show Rachael Ray. Ecstatic at the opportunity, she gladly obliged and joined the team of three chefs to be Rachael’s food team.

Bianca has dreamed about opening a pasta bar where people can eat what they want and not have to be prisoner to a menu someone else created for them. Bianca is not only the owner but also the chef!

Pasta is her true food love; it’s the one thing she couldn’t live without, aside from her loved ones of course
