Crave Grill on Ottawa Street
Service was poor (some new girl who was by herself and had no clue what she was doing). There was no cutlery on any table and I was told on the phone a reservation was mandatory, however, when we arrived the restaurant was completely empty.
The calamari appetizer was disgraceful… frozen deep fried from a bag like you’d buy at the grocery store. I expect much more for $ 8.00 as an appetizer at a restaurant plus the serving size was a joke. This item was taken off our bill after I complained.
Seafood pasta was adequate however the pasta itself was undercooked.
The Crave Burger… well it was interesting to say the least. A mixture of beef, pork, and veal. The burger did not have a beef flavour to it… but it was still delicious. The size of the burger blew me away!!! Absolutely huge… with a side of broccoli??? That’s a new one on me but hey… anything different is fun I guess! :-)
I would not go here without a discount or group-​on but for the price with the discount it was decent.
