Oh, and we want to help you achieve optimum health using food as medicine. We do this by serving up 100% organic food, juices, smoothies + desserts. Every menu item is made from scratch, just like grandma used to do and all produce is fresh and pure which you’ll consume in its most natural form. This means no preservatives, processed, canned, sulphured or prepackaged products.

Food colourings — no way. Added flavouring (fake or «natural») — forget it. GMO’s never.

Ice or water fillers? Nope. Takes up too much nutritional real estate in our smoothies + juices.

And we severely restrict the amount of sodium in our meals which means your heart + cells will LOVE us.

History

Established in 2013.

Our first location opened up in Whistler in 2013 and one year later we opened our second location in Kitsilano, Vancouver. We are currently building out our third location and also have our first franchise opening up on Squamish, BC. We are a family owned business and people always come before profits. The Green Moustache mission is to make organic, plant-​based nutritious and delicious food available and affordable for Canadians so we can kick the cancer and chronic disease epidemic to the curb for good!

Business Owner

Nicolette created The Green Moustache organic juice + live food bar to spread the message of optimum health through nutrition and to demonstrate how human health and environmental health are inextricably linked.

Nicolette is not only the owner and founder of The Green Moustache, she also an Orthomolecular Health Educator, Gerson Therapy Home Set Up Trainer, Psych-​Kinaesthetic Facilitator and Speaker and offers these services through her partner business, Richer Health.

After more than a decade of working as an environmental educator & health consultant in both government and non profit sectors, and managing several environmental projects, Nicolette started to see the link between contaminated air, contaminated water, food contaminated with pesticide and cancer and chronic illness.

Seeing that people have the power to change and heal themselves, she started to teach people how to stop polluting themselves and how to Eat to Beat their chronic illnesses.
