Super cool art gallery located in the retail wing attached to the Westin Hotel.
I went in to explore one hot afternoon — and found a wide array of gorgeous and interesting paintings and sculptures by local artists.
They had a number of interesting paintings from BC artist Jennifer Sparacino. I don’t know how to properly characterize her style of art — so I direct you to her web site to read more about her and her style:
My absolute favorite was a painting of a Black Bear. I’d love to own something like that — but it was way outside of my price range.
Still — it did not diminish my enjoyment of the artistry and craft that went into these pieces. A nice place to visit while in Whistler!

Kirkland, WA
Wonderful gallery near the Westin (very south end of Whistler Village stroll). Friendly staff and great variety of mainly Western Canadian artists. A lot of impressionistic landscapes but something for everyone. Great website, too. If your an art collector (or just love art), this is a must see.
