Established in 2008.

The business was started in Vancouver by Doug Burgoyne who decided he wanted to help improve the moving experience for people while at the same time develop an eco-​friendly alternative to cardboard. Moving is always very stressful and the convenience of FROGBOXes can help reduce the stress of your moving day.

After 20 years in sales and marketing I recognize the importance of delivering great customer satisfaction. I have to say how much of a pleasure it is to deliver a service to our customers that does so much to help reduce the stress of moving and reduce stress on the environment. I really enjoy the days that I’m «in the trenches» meeting customers face to face and asking them how their customer experience with FROGBOX has been. The positive feedback is almost overwhelming and makes me realize that FROGBOX as a business has such a promising future. Almost weekly I hear a customer say «I will never move again without using your service». This is what motivates me to continue to work hard to ensure every customer experience reflects this sentiment.
