Friendly staff, nice ambiance, good prices… but the leg wax I got was poor. The waxer was super rushed throughout. She didn’t stretch the skin at all when pulling the strips (cream wax) and spent maybe 90 seconds total on the post-​wax check for missed hairs — and there were TONS of them. Then she used only a teensy tiny bit of post-​wax lotion, as if it cost a thousand dollars per drop or something. I checked my legs once I got home and couldn’t believe how many hairs were left over. I ended up having to go over both legs again with an epilator just to get them to a «good enough» appearance. So what did I spend all that money for?
Got regrowth within just 10 — 12 days, which usually means the hairs broke near the surface rather than being pulled from the roots — a hallmark of bad technique. Maybe the waxer (can’t remember her name) just had a bad day or her mind wasn’t on the job, but sorry, I definitely won’t return.

Having just moved back to Canada from Las Vegas I needed a new place to go for my waxing services. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have sensitive skin and hate ingrown hairs. I contacted the company in advance on FB after finding them on Unilocal.Although it is a bit of a drive for me, I liked their Sunday special $ 30.00 brazilian. They have a bunch of other specials too. They told me they use a cream strip wax, which I wasn’t sure about at first. I am used to my hard wax, but figured I would try it. After having a little trouble finding out how to get up there (although the receptionist came down to meet me on the road when I was lost), I was greeted by friendly faces. I believe my waxers name was Brittney (I knew I should have done the review earlier so my memory wasn’t affecting the review) — but you want her! The room was clean and I was told about the products and given a cover up towel. Rather than the typical «butterfly» exposed position used by many waxing salons, they use a less exposed technique for waxing which left me feeling more comfortable. The waxing was the least pain I have ever felt (and I have tried everything from strips to hard wax to sugaring). It was quickly done, and any stragglers were tweezed without me even asking. And all throughout she was talking and friendly and didn’t make me think for a second I was half naked in front of a complete stranger! All the hair was gone, and I was told of extra potions on the sidetable should I need to «clean up» post-​wax so I wasn’t left sticky and gross before heading home. I then went out to pay and was told of the referral program and the 10 waxes get the 11^th free program. Quite a nice promo (considering I was always the girl who prepaid in Vegas and got a better deal that way). I will definitely be back! It has been about 3 weeks and my growth is still minimal, so maybe in another week or two I can head back! I would recommend this place to anyone!
