Consistently a bad experience. Every visit it is either rude staff, drinks take forever(even when there is only two people in line) or drinks are wrong. This time they were very busy and when I got up to the till to pay the cashier said she could not break my $ 50 bill, I asked her to see if a manager could break it or the other till. She made it seem like a huge inconvenience and was cold for the rest of the transaction. I love Starbucks and have never had a bad experience at the other locations. Will be making the longer drive to Uptown for all my coffee needs!

This is a nice location but always has a huge line. They need to do something to increase the throughput as it draws from the entire shopping center and assumedly nearby residents. I often skip it as I don’t want the wait.

The Starbucks at Broadmead Shopping Center has its pros and cons. On the plus side, they manage lines far better than most Starbucks locations. They are great at keeping the line moving and making drinks quickly and exactly as ordered. The staff are also super-friendly and helpful. The big downside is that, in my opinion, the size of this location is not sufficient for the local community. This is a VERY popular location in an upscale neighbourhood where«yummy mummies» bring their babies in strollers, high school students roll up in their SUVs, liberal arts students come to study, and seniors catch up over lactose-free lattes(joking– I think). There simply isn’t enough seating to come close to fulfilling the needs of the local community… and the seating there is feels much too cramped. It’s a great to-go Starbucks choice, but not always a good choice to sit and chat over a cup of coffee.
