Outshine Hair Design & Esthetics is located at 890E Esquimalt Rd in Victoria, BC — only ten minutes from the downtown core. We offer a wide range of hair and esthetics services: from colour, highlights and cuts, to facials, pedicures and waxing. We are a Brazilian Blowout certified salon and all of our stylists and estheticians are licenced and experienced.

I had laser hair removal done downtown Victoria without success and horrible service and then I decided to give it another shot when I saw a groupon for Outshine. The staff are fantastic and my treatments were successful. Even though Outshine is in a totally different are of town than I live I will definitely return for spa services. As for the review I just read about it smelling of smoke there, I don’t think she went to the right place. Outshine is clean, friendly and an all around great place :) I can’t say I have even a speck of anything to complain about and I’m good at complaining! :)

First of all, to the reviewer who claimed I’m married to one of the owners hahaha NO I AM NOT, I don’t even know the owners name. «Melissa B» sounds like she got bent about something and is weakly trying to take her revenge now. Melissa B, consider your review flagged for removal as it is full of blatant lies. anyway, on to the review…
This review is only for the regular guys haircut I’ve been getting at outshine with different stylists over the last few years. I haven’t taken advantage of any of the other services they offer.
I’ve been happy with all but one of the haircuts I’ve had from probably 8 different people over the last 4+ years. They’re almost always on time, their pricing is reasonable, their new space is great and most of the stylists I’ve had are easy to strike up conversation with and generally nice, warm people.
Unless I’m given a good reason to go elsewhere, I will continue returning regularly.
