Subaru of Maple

Scumbags! First impression was great and then quickly went down hill when the truth started to come out. Was told tons of lies (that I have on record) and was told a charge was not optional and it was. I asked to have it removed and was sent from one person to another. Each employee lied and blamed each other, until this got to the general sales manager. William Chu got everyone on one page with blaming me (also kept my deposit and gave no reason for it, I have proof of that too!). Worst shopping experience of my life! I am now a super happy owner of a Subaru which I got from another dealership which was an amazing experience without lies and drama. (The scumbags I dealt with are: William Chu, Daniel Agostino, Marcus Eksir, and Kyle Doctrove). I have sent my story (with proof) to CBC Marketplace in hopes that no one will ever have to experience such stressful encounters.

With 6 Subaru ’ s in the family including Father in Law and Brother you need to know where your local dealer is
My father in law bought his car here and was pleased with the sales process because they speak italian
With a dead Tribeca in the driveway I needed a serpentine belt oem and did not want to drive all the way up to my normal dealer
Free espresso and Biscotti, part was in Stock and the repair clerk was happy to answer my questions as to the dificulty of installing it.
There is only one tensioner wheel so should be fine and gave advice on how to get the cover off in order to get to the pulleys

Formerly Trento Subaru, the dealership and service center were moved up north to a brand new location at Jane and Rutherford (part of the giant Maple Auto Mall).
The service center is much improved, there is a completely enclosed garage to drive into with a door directly into where the service desk is which is great for the winter. We’ve had fair and honest recommendations from the service advisor there so far, making us more willing to drive further for the nice and new location (compared to many of the very small and old Subaru dealerships in the surrounding area).
