The condensing tone with which the service staff talk to with customers is appalling.
For being middle men these staff have heads the sizes of water melons but brains the size of peas.
And dare you complain to the manager about his staff. He will defend their rude behaviour to no end.
Also don’t take their wait times at face value. A two hour wait is really three and half hours and remember don’t complain lest you be condemned to the corners of car service dealership hell ;)
Find another car service provider. You will save yourself being talked down to, rude and condescending behaviour

So, I met Pasquale. He went above and beyond the call of service. He has his best technicians to check and service the RAV4. ALL the items I have concerns with are being dealt with. He explained to me about EVERYTHING they will be doing. It is all going to be worked on. It IS going to be done. It IS going to be done right. Yes, they understand and know, looking at the history of our vehicle, the problem (s) should not have happened.

If you are looking to get Toyota in GTA this is pretty much only dealer you should visit. Sales guys there are well experienced and can/​will answer your questions. Customer is service is amazing based on my own experience and friends of mine who I advised to go there. You won’t regret buying a vehicle from this dealer at all as well as servicing your vehicle even if it’s off the warranty. Good luck!

You hear all these stories about car dealers being pushy and slimy, but our experience was quite pleasant. We wondered around the showroom for a bit, but we pretty much knew what we wanted. When we sat down with Mike (who has since left) we filled out all the paper work and it was as simple as that.
