Seems apple depot changed their name to continue robbing customers. I order headphones from their deal with livingsocial. Paid an extra $ 10 to Apple depot. Its been about 2 years. Think it’s safe to say, I’m never getting those headphones. They’re nothing but a bunch of lying thieves. Don’t waste your time or money on them. The link here to the companies doesn’t seem to work. Wonder if they we’re taken down, or just changed their name again to keep scamming people. I’m disappointed in LivingSocial for not better screening the companies they work with. This reflects badly on them too.

This business is related to Apple Depot at the same address, and the same results apply. Miscommunication and stalling is the name of their game. Through LivingSocial, I ordered two necklaces in December. The one I ordered for myself arrived in February with no packing slip or other info. The one I ordered for my SIL was MIA. No tracking information was available on their website. After TEN emails back and forth over the course of two months with no necklace, I requested cancellation, got pushback(suddenly tracking information was provided for my 1st necklace), which I gave right back. Finally, when I indicated I’d escalate to the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services, they refunded my shipping and LivingSocial credited me their portion, but, man, does that leave a bad taste in one’s mouth. All this is documented. Alas, falls under the category of «NOT a bargain.» Stay away.
