Business Owner

Birgitta Andersson (a.k.a. Bee) calls both Sweden and Canada home.

Bee first moved to Vancouver from Sweden in 1986 and then moved back second time in 1993.

A long time travel industry professional, she provides marketing services in the Nordic countries and Western Canada, for 5-​star resorts in places like South Africa, Italy, South America, India, Chile and Dubai. You can see her website at www​.dagama​.nu

Bee always enjoyed returning to Vancouver — to ski, hike, sail, and visit family and friends. In March 2013, she moved back to Vancouver on a permanent part-​time basis.

During her earlier visits she became fascinated with Vancouver’s emerging food truck scene. After a lot of research she found a gap in the service offerings — Swedish food!

Her menu of traditional Swedish pancakes is prepared in a surprisingly wide selection of filling variations. All ingredients are of the highest quality.

Thus the VIKING Swedish Pancakes food truck was born!
