This Tim Horton has the most junkies then any other location. I was there for an hours and 3 different guys in rags came to us asking for change. Its just that i am not expecting it. As well, the staff there don’t care about who’s coming in and disturbing their customers.

Pretty good, but they are junkie friendly so be careful when you go in there. Also, staff goes batshit during the mad lunchtime rush. Smile, guys. It’s called customer service.

We heard Tim Hortons is popular among Canadians. Apparently this shop is more popular than Starbucks! My husband and I thought to stop by and check it out. We got in line and proceeded to order: 1) Pecan banana nut muffin — pretty ordinary but good 2) Vanilla bean latte — small and average flavor but I don’t drink that much coffee anyway I personally don’t think Tim Hortons is as nice as Starbucks. They do seem to carry more variety of items, but the décor and atmosphere is a bit lacking almost like a fast food store. It’s great the Canadians support their own family brand, though! :)

ok; I’ve heard some positive changes the chain has made to regain the customers they lost, so I decided to give them a shot. I never had a problem with cheap, fast, fresh coffee, but their donuts have long gone past being worth trying after they went from fresh baked instore to proofed, frozen and shipped out from factory. I heard they improved their sandwiches, and that their chips were something– so that’s what I focused on. Extreme Italian sandwich: ok, oyu buy a condo for $ 300/sq. foot but your finishings are the cheapest you can get at Wal– Mart. That’s what I’m looking at here– the bones of the sandwich(bread) looks good, is pretty solid in fact. The carpets(italian meats) are a nice touch– but the finishings(PROCESSED cheese) is barely functional, looks like crap and tastes awful; worse, there’s no upgrade or custom options! The chips– warm, not too oily, but heavy on the salt. meh. Tim Horton’s– fagidaboudit!

BEST Cream Cheese Bagel! BEST Red Velvet Muffin! For TOGO! They are putting the RIGHT amount of cream cheese. And some icing in their Red Velvet Muffin. The location on Robson and Granville put almost NONE… So ridiculous as cream cheese and icing=cheap… Also I mentioned for TOGO because this location is REALLY busy and the bathroom are kinda of(sorry) gross… But for stuff for to go, I am willing to walk few blocs for getting at this location!

Dear Unilocal, I hope this letter finds you well. My words are long overdue, I know, but it has been difficult finding the right vocabulary to articulate how I feel. Please understand that my departure was not premeditated; it was a slow downward spiral to reclusion, the need to find and cultivate happiness within the depths of my soul again. I hope you will forgive me for losing touch in the last 8 months. I’m writing today because. I have found someone. I can imagine that this will be difficult to face, but I wanted you to hear from me first. I have been seeing Tim almost every day and I am quite enamored by him. He even knows me by my order now, which is every girl’s dream!(I’m blushing now.) Though I like to consider myself to be not superficial, chemistry is important. Tim got a face lift last fall which I have to say suit him incredibly well. It is spacious, modern and bright inside. The ordering area spans the depth of the restaurant, with a separate waiting area for the food. It minimizes crowds and confusion which sometimes plague other locations. I rarely stay over at Tim’s so I’m not sure about his cleaniness. What I do know from our rendezvous every morning is that he is a well-oiled machine. Don’t let the line during peak hours fool you, it moves fairly quickly. I will admit, I did play the field in the early days of our courtship, and found another Tim just two blocks away. If I had to be honest, the other Tim is actually a lot more efficient than my beloved, but the staffs there are like robots! Smiles are so few and far between. By comparison, my Tim has some friendly, vibrant helpers, which is a savior during cranky mornings before my lips caress their first sip of caffeine. Last Christmas, Tim even gave me a little present, which — to tell you the truth — embarrassed me a little because I had not prepared anything in return. I reckoned we hadn’t arrived at that stage of our relationship yet. I did feel better after I saw Tim give other frequent customers a little gift as well.(I try not to get jealous these days. I really have grown and matured since our affair Unilocal) I hope you are happy for me and that our misunderstanding can be water under the bridge. I hope my bond with Tim continue to blossom and that you have found others who gave you great companionship while I was away. Write me back please. Talk soon, Hil

You’ll never going to get a seat here, Monday to Saturday, as long as BCIT& the other half-dozen English schools have school open lol. It’s always packed all day long, esp. no other timmy’s close by. Owner must be making a ton here. But the service is fast here, i’ll give the extra star for that. maybe i shld minus a star b/c there’s virtually no parking here. All bike lanes in front, folks.

Going to keep this one short and agree with the majority of other reviewers. This has got to be one of the worst Timmy’s I have ever set foot in. Messy lobby, impolite/uncaring staff and crappy product to top it all off. I will scrape together an extra few dollars and walk to the Starbucks down the street before coming here again.

Went in thinking all Tim hortons would be the same. Just needed a quick fix. But nooo this joint is probably the messiest, dirtiest, most smelling Tim hortons joint I’ve ever been to. No straws available, asked for one, one of the servers throws it across the counter when I clearly had my hand held out to her. Smells like burning muffins. Will never come back.

Came here for a coffee. The claim to fame for this location is that it has a huge seating area relative to other locations. It’s pretty spacious. I’m sure that a huge part of their clientele are BCIT students. Parking is non-existent here unless you cough up at the parking meters. Service was friendly, and the coffee was decent.

Horrific experience here… and I thought the employees at the Timmies in Granville Station were bad. nooooo. This was worse. First off, I was hung over, slept for 4 hours so I wasn’t sure what time it was when I got here. My hubby and I wanted some breakfast items so we ordered 2 bagel b.e.l.ts. I have heard other people actually say the word«belt» rather than spelling it out B-E-L-T so I said it. Anyway, the staff member had NO idea what I was talking about. like«huh? belt? what do you mean?» Took about a minute to register but it finally did. I had only ordered two of those so far and I noticed that it was already adding up to $ 10. I asked her like aren’t these bagel things like 3 bucks each? She tells me «oh breakfast is over so I’m charging you extra for the egg.» I was like whaaaaaaaat, I asked her«isn’t this something that you should be telling me as a customer rather than just doing your own thing. I obviously did not know that breakfast was over.» She didn’t know what to say and she was a little scared so I said whatever forget it and continued to order. So. I’m just about to pay and she literally says«hold on, I need to ask about something.» Here I am all confused like ookaaaay? She comes back. «Oh I’m sorry, we have no more egg, so it will just be a B.L.T.» I was so turned off that I didn’t even end up ordering food and my hubby bought some sandwich and timbits. I told her«you guys should be better trained, I think I should get a discount for all this trouble.» She laughs and says«ohh discounts are only for meals» she obviously did not understand what I meant but at this point, the line had built up and I didn’t want to be selfish to everyone else, especially considering how all these employess like to move like snails. I didn’t want everyone to wait while I argue. So she forgets my husband’s coffee. Doesn’t ask me what kind of timbits we want and comes back with just random ones. This whole experience took about an hour. AND I DIDNOTEVENORDERANYTHING!!! I was pissed, I was hung over and I was sleepy. I was pissssssssed. Mind you, there were 4 little asian employees(not trying to discriminate at all, I mean look at my pictures lol) working so there was no reason why everything took so long. Never coming back here eveeeerrrrrr and I would not recommend anyone else coming to this one either. Yuck. By the way, this one star is strictly on the location and service of this timmys… not at all relevant to the food or drinks. We all know that timmy’s is great :)

tim hortons is one of the best things(if not the best) to come out of canada. everything from their breakfast sandwiches(the absolute best on a biscuit), to their bagels topped with more cream cheese than i have ever eaten in my life(which is awesome and how all bagels should be), to their sandwiches(my personal favorites are the turkey club and the turkey chipotle one that just came out recently), to their chili… i think the only thing that i didn’t like on their menu was their french onion soup. i love timmys. end of story.

We just got back from visiting Vancouver. One of the top items on our list to indulge in when visiting Canada was to seek out a cup of Canada’s «Coffee all their own.» We had heard very positive things. I tried a medium, but as a typical fat American midwesterner who intrinsically enjoys huge portions for a low-low price I was disappointed to see that Tim’s medium was a $ 2 «Dixie» cup of extremely hot coffee. The contents were good, but nothing exceptional or noteworthy. Kudos to the help here however for expedited service and kindness during an extremely busy Olympic crowd.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to in my life. Neither the customers nor the employees were all that courteous or friendly.
