Open only on week days with short hours and slow service in the handful of times that I’ve been here. Came here to pick up a parcel without a slip and they turned me away, saying it’s impossible to find my package without the tracking number. They lazily looked through some parcels but then just refused to go on despite the fact that they only had a few packages. I could have easily found it myself. They didn’t tell me I could have looked up the tracking number online on Amazon and picked it up instead of returning the next day and wasting 20 – 30 min. Waste of time and hellishly expensive to send items. Definitely opting out of shipping via UPS in the future.

I have been in here a few times to TRY and ship packages but they are crazy expensive. However, the people have always been so friendly and helpful. They sympathize about the price but obviously there is nothing they can do about it.

Fax… ah… the good old days… So I thought. But then, I met someone who doesn’t have an email address! I was glad the UPS store still had fax services so I could fax diagrams to them.
They also have rent-​able mailboxes, photocopiers, and (of course) UPS shipping.
The store sign may be hard to see, because the old 98 B-​Line bus shelter is right in front of it.
