I’m the only customer in FedEx and the associate working wouldnt even help me. I had multiple files single paged and their self serve machines will not print multiple at a time. What took me 20min of manually selecting the same settings and waiting to print over and over again, wouldn’t have taken him under 5minutes.

Location wise not too convenient as the parking lot is shared with superstore and really hard to park during busy hours. They have one or two spots reserved for FedEx customers if you are lucky enough to snag one. However I’m giving them 5 stars because they have awesome customer service. I had to get some wedding invitations printed on my own paper which is really thick and jams printers. After calling around a few other print shops and getting vague answers to if they can or cannot accept my order, I finally went to FedEx. They test printed for me right away and even though the paper jammed their printer, they didn’t turn me away and instead stood at the printer and manually fed each paper in ONEBYONE. They even gave me a box to protect the printed paper in. Simply amazing, reasonably priced and highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. Only good thing is they are open until 10pm. Sorry to say the service of the representatives at this store make me want to never ship with FedEx again. I have only dealt with a couple people there so I can’t speak for everyones service or attitude there. Seeing as I won’t go back I don’t think I’ll ever be able to. FedEx maybe it’s time to put more training with your reps on the front line.

May even be a tad generous compared to the old one that closed at Lansdowne Mall last year or so. This one underneath Superstore is harder to get to, hard to find parking, & it’s a parkade, so gloomy. Plus doesn’t open 24hrs like the good old university days, just til 10pm. It’s a lot, lot smaller but does pretty well all your basic printing for personal/commercial purposes. When you walk in, you’ll notice more computer workstations to rent and at the front, way more junk food than before lol. Also sells office supplies too, as to be expected for cross-selling opportunities.
