History
Established in 1982.
The name «Chongqing» was the first to established as a restaurant on the corner of East Broadway and Victoria in Vancouver. Although we were a new restaurant, we climbed to fame with our famous «Ginger Beef, Szechuan Green Beans, Dai Ching Chicken, Mussels in Szechuan Bouillabaisse and was well known as the «go-to» restaurants in Vancouver for Szechuan cuisine.

Manager
Peter, first started at the corner of Victoria & Broadway as a busboy at the age of 16 years old. He is the most well known staff for many many years and has taken very good care of my customers for Birthday parties, & special events.
