Best flower arrangers and very helpful people. Leslie was the flower artist who helped me when I went to get flowers for Mother’s Day today for my wife, my Mom and my Mother-​in-​Law and had no idea what I need, she made it so simple and made great arrangements. Thank you Leslie, you certainly made my day.

Sabine was so helpful and sweet yesterday when I called in a panic after 1 in the afternoon for a delivery to my Mum’s office before 5. For an only slightly increased fee my mum got a beautiful bouquet and was happy and surprised. After the terrible customer service I’d received from another shop trying to place the same order earlier that day it was great to be treated like my business mattered and was appreciated. Thank you Sabine & team!

The staff was really nice so we went with this place for a standing spray for my boyfriends best friends mom’s funeral. This was extremely important as we were quite close to her & wanted to show respect. The spray was a devastating disappointment. The stand they gave for the spray looked cheap was half the size compared the other ones. The spray was exactly what I ASKED FOR IT NOT TO BE. It was very condensed & packed in, the leaves on the outside looked like it was just there to make the spray look bigger, they looked out of place. The actual arrangement was pretty but it was very very small compared to everything else there. Considering we paid around $ 250 & most of the people had paid less for their bigger nicer arrangements. I have sadly had to attend 4 funerals in 3 months. I have seen my share of funeral flowers lately :(Flowers at the funeral are suppose to cheer you up. I was saddened & let down by The Flowerbox spray.

Could not be happier with our wedding bouquets and boutineers from Flowerbox! I met with three different florists before fate stepped in and led me to Flowerbox. Other florists would vaguely discuss the arrangements and then would become terribly rude whenever I asked for some sort of guarantee regarding flower types, colours, number of flowers/​bouquet size etc. My meeting with Sacha was the first time I felt reassured. The arrangements we picked up on our wedding day were above and beyond what we expected.

The Flowerbox is a wonderful heavenly place filled with gorgeous flowers, knowledgeable staff, and the best smells this side of a lavender field.
I was introduced to this delightful spot by my bestie, who is an enormous lover of flowers — prior to this I’d never considered buying flowers for myself (or for anyone else unless it was a special occasion) but now I go every couple of months for a treat yo’self kind of day!
There’s nothing more lovely than having fresh, beautiful, smelly flowers in your house, and the staff here will work with you to create something you will adore. The bouquets are reasonably priced — you can get a lovely bunch made up for ~$ 30, and they also have some pre-​made ones outside that are very beautiful as well. They respond well to vague, hand-​flapping descriptions of what you want («something… Springish? But not Eastery? More like ‘yay! I’m growing’ than ‘I’m an Easter egg?’) And clearly know what they’re doing.
The bouquets are arranged quickly and efficiently, but don’t be afraid to say if there’s something you want in there or don’t! They have a great selection of greenery to tie the bouquet theme together so let them know if you want it tall or compact — they will cater to anything you can imagine!
I was worried when they moved that the new store would be darker (the shop that was there before was very dingy) but they’ve done an amazing job to make it light and airy, and a delightful place to spend a few minutes of your day.

Long story short — after having a miserable experience with a different florist, Sacha and her staff saved the day. Where the previous florist was adamant not to make any type of demos for us, Sacha’s staff immediately started making a sample of what we wanted and with that, we were sold.
They were helpful, creative, and we felt like they bent over backwards to help us out. I have no problems recommending this little florist on the Drive to anybody I know.

Was my mother in law’s bday and needed to order a bouquet and have them delivered the same day. They gladly assisted and delivered the flowers promptly. My mother in law loved the bouquet! Great experience… definitely will use the Flower Box again! Thanks!

Went in to buy a few stems. As I’m paying they asked if I minded if they added a few greens, I said sure. Doubled the cost of the bouquet (They tell me this after they wrap it up) When I reacted to the amount they ignored my surprise completely. I’m a wedding planner and was hoping to use Flowerbox for future projects, but I will stick with my florists in kits as I can’t support a business with dishonest practices and who manipulates clients for more bucks.

OMG this place smells so nice and it’s cool. It feels like heaven in here. Such a nice arrangement and selection of flowers. The guy at the til and I assume owner was super nice and friendly. Prices are decent.

I first met Sacha, the owner of the store when I was looking for someone to hire for my wedding flowers. I was so impressed with Sacha as she has a passion for flowers and is very talented. I couldn’t have been happier with all the flowers she put together for my wedding. Since that time (7 years ago), my husband regularly goes there to pick up an arrangement for me for different occasions. Just yesterday, for Mother’s Day he brought home the most beautiful arrangement that Sacha personally put together herself. I would definitely recommend the Flower Box… we have so many flower shops to choose from by our house, yet we still drive 30 minutes to go to her store.

This is a fantastic flower shop. I am a regular customer. It is regularly rated as one of Vancouver’s top three flower shops in the Georgia Straight newspaper. Their arrangements are always beautifully and artfully crafted. I highly recommend this store!

I always use the Flowerbox when in need of a gorgeous bouquet. Naturally, when it came time for my wedding bouquets, it was Flowerbox all the way. The results are always amazingly beautiful.

Nothing but good things to say about the Flowerbox. After going into several florists all over town, all of whom refused to do a wedding bouquet for less than $ 150, I wandered into Sacha’s beautiful little shop and she was refreshingly pleasant and said absolutely she could work within my budget. I was soooo happy with the flowers for my wedding, they were very easy to deal with and took into consideration all my ideas and my bouquet was BEAUTIFUL, they really have great taste. Also the corsages and boutonnieres were so awesome AND the flowers lasted for days! In fact my table arrangements last over 2 weeks! Truly fabulous quality florists for any occasion.

I received flowers from the shop for my birthday. They were beautiful but a few of them weren’t quite as «fresh» as you might expect. I called to let them know and spoke with Sacha. She sent over a fresh bouquet the very next day without hesitation. Excellent customer service is a huge plus in my books. I don’t expect goods or services to be perfect all the time but when they aren’t how customer service is handled makes all the difference.

This place was awesome! I live in California and had to send a very masculine man something after brain surgery. He’s the type of guy who would think flowers are stupid and impersonal however when he got these he was very excited. The shop listened to what I needed, asked plenty of questions on his interests. They brain stormed and got back to me within minutes with a wonderful idea. They actually went out and purchased a really cool car (the recipient is a huge car buff) and made a very awesome, manly arrangement around that. When it came down to delivery since I live so far I had no clue if they were close or not. Turns out they were pretty far away but they went above and beyond and made sure the arrangement was delivered. I could not ask for better customer service or a product. Thank you so much.

This is by far my favorite flower shop in Vancouver… And luckily, my husband knows it !! :-)
They always have the most beautiful bouquets and the best flower arrangements.
And I can tell you that even when my 5 years old (who has very very strange taste…) chooses the bouquet, it still a little marvel.
So it really says that nobody can go wrong by picking flowers there!

Based on the recommendation of our wedding planner, we ordered our flowers from Chrissy ant The Flowerbox. We were very happy with the end results and many of our guests commented on how fresh and beautiful our arrangements looked and what they added to the overall look and feel of our venue.
Chrissy made every effort to meet our specific wishes and while we didn’t have specific flowers in mind besides sunflowers, she did a great job of understanding the overall feel we were going for, and then designing the perfect arrangements for us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chrissy and The Flowerbox for special events and weddings.

I’ve learned to have patience when I need flowers but I’m not near Commercial Drive; it’s always worth the extra drive! I like to pick out a theme (say, purple and white, or wildflower or «man-​bouquet») and they always come up with just the perfect thing.
In watching them I’ve even learned a thing or two about making a nice arrangement.

I have bought bouquets here more often than any other Florist simply because of the wonderfully inviting arrangements they usually have spilling onto the sidewalk.
Today was special though, I found a BUDDING Florist selling her mini bouquets out at the corner, as part of Car Free Vancouver’s «Open Streets». The perfect sized artfully designed bouquet to cheer up my aunt.
Flowers make everyone happy, don’t they?
