Such a treat to sit at the long table, meet new people and eat Chef Chris’ amazing creations! So far we’ve gone for a dinner and a brunch and both were stellar.

As the website describes, it is a unique dining experience. It was also an AMAZING dining experience! This dinner is put on once a month by local chef Christopher Williams. It is held as a private event next to Harkness Butcher and one must RSVP to the website ahead of time to attend. Each month, the amount of courses and the food itself varies, making much of it seasonal as well as locally sourced. Our meal was 5 mouthwatering courses, perfectly timed apart and absolutely divine. I’ve copied the menu from the website: i) pickled melon, duck prosciutto, chardonay jelly ii) local vodka and beet cured tuna, pickled cucumber, honeyed carrot, crispy potato latke, sour cream iii) ricotta gnocchi, sage brown butter, cured egg yolk, candied spiced walnut iv) lamb popsicle, harissa potato, local feta, heirloom kale and pumpkin seed tabbouleh v) sticky toffee pudding, bacon praline gelato Couple of things; It’s BYOB but you can contact the chef via the website to get great pairing for your meal Cash only(April’s meal was $ 60!!) and this does not include tip.
