My friend recommended Master Liu’s Taichi because I was suffering from a chronic back pain, that no doctors could cure. 6 months after practicing, I noticed tremendous improvement in my symptoms. Master Liu’s taichi involves a meditative stance that improved the flow of chi(internal circulation) where I could literally feel a gentle and warm energy circulate through my body. I believe that is what helped heal my chronic pain. In the warm up sequence that and taichi forms that follow the stance, I get to exercise the joints and parts of the body that normally don’t get conditioned. Master Liu is a patient and excellent teacher, and I am very fortunate to have him as my instructor! They have open classes on the last sunday of each month, free of charge. Definitely worth a try!

It’s very helpful for the overall health. It keeps me from getting cold during flu seasons since I started practising two years ago.
