Girl had trouble with everything I asked her to make and was slow. Very skimpy with the toppings

Just need to reinforce the other reviews here. I usually order veggie sub with avocado. If I m ordering a veggie sub, then please give me veggie! Instead, I got a three slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, every time. I gave them plenty of chances. I visited them five times since I started my new job around the area. And every time they are just testing my patience and put as little veggie in the veggie sub as possible. You wouldn’t even believe how little green pepper I get. I might as well order bread and eat that, like for hack sake I am eating a damn veggie sub. Please don’t visit this place if you are a vegetarian. If you are not a vegetarian, and enjoy bad customer service, then be my guest.

This Subway is so frustrating! I am a big fan of subway but this location in particular irritates me! They are so stingy and have horrible customer service, my normal order is a veggie sub on bread of choice. Now you would think that if you are paying for a veggie sub they would actually put veggies on it. Haha Wrong! On a foot long sandwich they put 3 or 4 measly cucumber slices and 3 tomato slices. I had to keep asking for more, each time they would roil their eyes and put one more slice of said veggie on the sub, then when it came time for the olives OMG it was like pulling teeth to get more than 5! Needless to say I will Never come back to this location and will discourage anyone I know from going there.

Well, I’ve never had a problem at this location. Lunch-hour lines reach the door but the staff keep everything moving. Two people make your sandwich, and one person takes your money. I don’t mind their foregoing chit-chat in favor of functional communication: bread? toasted? everything? sauce? credit or debit? I just want my sandwich. Make up your mind in the seconds between questions; read the options pictured; get your money ready; keep the line moving, folks!

First, a veggie sub should cost less than a sub with meat on it. The only difference is a meat subtraction, so charging the same doesn’t make much sense. Seriously. At least give me a fake meat cold-cut option if you’re going to charge the same. But onwards — me and a co-worker went to grab a quick lunch at the nearest Subway. She is a regular — they even knew what she was going to order before she spoke a word. However when our sandwiches were made and packaged, we got to the register and the debit machine had just broken. Neither of us had cash, and after much confusion and holding up the line we left the establishment sandwichless. As a first time customer I can understand them leaving me(it is just a Subway) but I would expect my co-worker the regular to be given her sandwich for free at least. Or even for the $ 3.50 she had in her pocket. In the end, the customer behind us chased us down the block and bought the sandwiches for us! The fact that they let him do that instead of just offering us the sandwiches is terrible customer service, and neither of us will likely go there again for a long time.(Not that I’ve ever known Subway for their customer service.)
