Starbucks

This location is large with a nice communal table. Lots of windows all around therefore you can enjoy the day light and people watching. Barista needed an attitude adjustment. He gave me an eye roll. One of the few locations that still has the multi grain bagel.

I come here during Xmas for the gift card selection. I wish Starbucks was fast. I popped in after a run in the morning and the line up is long. Slow but friendly staff.

I went into Starbucks and the advertised frappucino was the ‘Smores flavoured one so I ordered a Grande ‘Smores Soy Frappucino with No Whip. I’m lactose intolerant and when I forget to bring my lactase enzymes this is the type of Frappucino I end up with. This drink tasted like a blend of vanilla and chocolate with a layer of caramel on top. There’s no marshmallow whipping cream for this unfortunately, so my drink was topped with milk chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumble. Comparing my drink to what’s listed on theStarbucks website and you can see the marshmallow whip makes a pretty large difference. I’ll need to try this again in its unaltered state because otherwise I really just have a coffee frappucino with chocolate sauce and graham crackers. I’ve learned my lesson.

I am a starbucks addict, but I only go to this location because I work nearby.
The lineups are always super long, and while generally the service is good, there is one woman who works there, who EVERY SINGLE TIME has gotten my order wrong. Not putting my cup on the counter so it never gets made, writing my drinks down wrong, not using my earned rewards when I ask, not heating up my food. Everyone else there is good, but she ruins it every time I go and have the unfortunate experience of dealing with her.

I don’t usually write reviews but today I am so pissed off I had to write one. There were four baristas working this morning, so one would think that the turn around would be good. WRONG! They were more concern about talking to each other then serving customers. Finally placed my order for a White Chocolate Mocha, while I was wait for my order the lady ahead of me order a Vanilla Latte. When she got outside she realised that the Vanilla is missing from her Latte. So she informed the Barista and she got a couple pumps of Vanilla.
Still my order wasn’t ready. One of the other Barista’s was too busy trying to find out if her friend was still working at the Granville location and another Barista was oh so busy standing and looking at the customers in the line up.
I am bad at names so sorry that I forgot your name. Usually the Barista that works at this location, a lovely lady, 5−4″, blond and supper nice, always makes the order to perfection even when it’s a strange request. She wasn’t working today. Anyways. I got my drink left and when I got to work and had a sip of what’s suppose to be «WHITE CHOCOLAT MOCHA» was this awfully tasting drink, that was a waste of $ 5.
Ladies have you not heard of something call multitasking??? That’s when you do your job that you are getting paid for and you server the customers. I am sorry, but for what I am paying for my coffee, try and get it right.

starbucks… it is what it is. I like the staff at this one.

This must be the safest Starbucks in Vancouver, located right behind the Vancouver Police Headquarters. Not really close to any major business area, but convenient for anybody that works or lives around the area.
Located right next to the Cambie St bridge, there is another Starbucks closer, right next to the Home Depot, but it doesn’t make this one any less appreciated.
Since it’s not so busy, there seems to be always some street parking and I wouldn’t recommend you to pay the meter if you’re just running in for a quick take out coffee.
Otherwise, just your run of the mill Starbucks!
