I love the concept, especially for someone like myself who aims on a daily basis at being healthy… even when eating out on the run. Here is where they fall short is that it can get super expensive real quick, almost 4 times as much. Most of the things are basic and some cool things, however, if common sense (stocking up your own pantry) I am sure we can make an epic salad by ourselves. The staff at this location is neither here nor there but still workable. Lots of seating and clean.

Naja… mit richtigen Obstmärkten habens dir Ammis halt noch nicht so. Alles recht einfach und sporadisch gehalten. Im Gegensatz zu Deutschland auch teuer.

One of a chain of salad bars, this particular one has 5 locations in downtown Vancouver alone.
They serve a variety of salad items, there’s not much pre-​mixed stuff here, there’s the more obvious things like lettuce and cucumber of course, plus they do green beans, baby sweetcorn, tuna, boiled eggs and a variety of pasta salads. They also do a limited supply of hot food and serve coffee and soft drinks.
The salad is paid for by weight which I think is a fairer way than having to stuff as much as you can into a small box to get your money’s worth.
There should be more places like this in the UK.
