I have rented from this location for 3 years now and I have to say it’s Fantastic! I really enjoy driving up to my locker and being able to load unload whatever I need without having to take an elevator.
The staff is very very professional and I want to take a second to single out Mr. Al, he takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is always ready to help with little things like making sure I have boxes or whatever I need. The only thing I would improve is access beyond 8pm as I sometimes have to get some things after that but all in all Highly Recommend this storage facility.

Absolutely terrible accountability at the Kinross St. location (off Marine Drive) of Public Storage in Vancouver. They continue to rent lockers in this self-​storage facility knowing that there is a severe leaking problem in the roof. There are buckets everywhere, if you listen closely you can hear dripping all over the place when it’s raining. It’s Vancouver! It rains a LOT here! Better make sure their insurance covers damage to your property and you don’t mind mould.
