I had a great experience there. They stayed over an hour after store hours to get me in my car. Great car. Fair price. Really friendly. While I was there they went the extra mile. Al and Pete were fantastic. Thank you !

I bought a car there they sold me a car with a leaking head gasket I bought the car for 2000 and had to put another 2500 onto it to fix it I was mad I’ll never go back I’d advise anyone going there to get a mechanic to check out there car don’t use their shop behind the lot I’d go buy a car elsewhere maybe go to a reputable dealer who has better business bureau accreditation I was very unhappy with them I’d advise to shop elsewhere

Searching for a vehicle on a budget, I found something in my price bracket and phoned to take a look at it. They were very happy to have come down and look at it. Upon arrival, I found out the the car in question needed a new clutch, and that $ 1000 would be added to the list price. No mention of that in the ad. Long story short, had to buy a different vehicle to have it inspected by my mechanic. Upon receiving the vehicle I had BOUGHT, the gas tank had fumes in it, and neither the exterior, nor interior had been remotely cleaned. Luckily for me, my mechanic is honest. My $ 2150 Jetta would’ve turned into a $ 5150 Jetta from these guys. When I brought it back for my money, I made the comment that I gave it back with more gas than I bought it with. To which Al (the manager) replied «well you could siphon it out if you want». Unbelievably crap service. The epitome of slimy used car salesman.

the costumer service is incredibly poor. you will be treated with very little respect. I reached an agreement to buy a car for and was to return the following day to pay for it. the next day none of my calls were answered. I called the dealers main phone line and the owner picked up. he said that what i had heard had come from ‘the horse’s mouth’ and would not tell me anything more over the phone about the car. he demanded in the most rude tone that he would only speak to me in person. when i met him, he treated me with disrespect, made me take him to the car in question, and walked me back to the store. he then said that the price now was $ 400 more than before and asked me if i was still interested. I said i can’t afford that. he said, «thank you, have a nice day.» and leaned back in his chair. i called the person with whom i reached the initial agreement with another number and he answered this time. so he told us to come back and discuss the price again. we – my father and i, who had by this time took time off work twice to come with – went there to buy the car but they said that it has been sold.
Yet, the car is still in their lot and they are putting ads up on the internet as of today – more than 3 weeks later.
in conclusion, just stay away. they are rude, dishonest, and disrespectful.

Our first dealings with Al at Premier were fairly positive. No pressure, but he was also quite evasive, not answering questions directly.
We found a vehicle we wanted to buy, but on the condition we take it to our own mechanic for a pre-​sale inspection. Al tried to convince us to let his mechanic (!!) look at it instead, grumbling that he would have to take it over himself, etc. etc.
We asked to sign a contract agreeing to buy the vehicle dependent upon a positive inspection from our mechanic, who couldn’t do the inspection until mid-​week. He assured us that it wasn’t necessary to sign anything, and that if we wanted the car, he would meet us at the mechanic at the appointed time.
Well, he called us the day before telling us that he sold the vehicle to someone else, who «didn’t need» an inspection because they «trusted» Premier Auto to be honest!
SHYSTER! Needless to say, we’ll never go back there and take our $ 00,000 cash purchase somewhere else.
