Excellent service !!! It was quick, done within an hour or so to get my car tinted
One of the sales associate also provided some suggestions of the % of tint that people would typically get for my car (accord coupe) and it turned out extremely well.
Very reasonable pricing for car tints i.m.o
They finished tinting my car within their given time range so that was a plus as some places might take longer than that.
There’s a lot of things to do nearby on kingsway while you wait
Will update if there’s any bubbles or peel but it looks pretty good so far !

PH Solar Window tint is the best place in Vancouver for window tinting. Paul has tinted my car windows and windows in my house. His work stands the test of time. No shrinkage.
Paul’s son Ronnie just did the hood and headlight protection on my car. What a great job you would never know the vinyl protection is there.
Both these guys are what it’s all about. Great workmanship and superb customer service. Have them do your car. You will be ver pleased.

I had my windows tinted here and I am very pleased with the results. They have glass samples and pictures of different vehicles that display the levels of tint they offer. They only accept cash which was a minor inconvenience. The service took approximately 45 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service! I phoned them up and spoke to a very friendly guy by the name of Paul. They booked me in an hour after my call! Came back an hour later and the job was done and it looks great! Wow. Excellent job. I am so pleased with the work that was done on my 2009 City Jetta. After shopping around I decided that PH Solar was the place to go after all the wonderful reviews. I dropped my car off at 9am and had it back within an hour and a half. I was explained the care and maintenance and off I went. They only take cash which was no problem at all. The shop was very clean, organized and the guys installing were all very friendly. They guys had to take out a car seat to access the back window and to my pleasant surprise they reinstalled it; good as new. Since this job was so well done we will be getting our 2010 Jetta TDI done as well. Highly recommended.

They did a great job. I also found them through searches for «VANCOUVER TINTING» and this Unilocal page came up. I got my Mercedes CLS550 tinted and they did a good job. Paid $ 210 with tax. I would def recommend them.

Came here a month ago and they did an outstanding job. With a price of $ 199 cash only including tax for the 5 rear windows on my mazda 3 I can’t complain. They finished within 30 minutes when they said it might take 45 which was great and super fast. I waited to give a review to see if the tint was going to start peeling or bubbling but it hasn’t so far at all.
I hope it continues to stay like this as I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff here were great too.

I read their other reviews and all the good things that are written was true. We wanted to tint the back windows of our car so that we can protect our baby girl from the sun’s UVA/​UVB rays.
Arrived just after 10:00 am and we were taken right away. They had several other cars already finished. They discussed the tint darkness options and was very knowledgeable about what is factory tinting for several car manufactures.
They made a recommendations based on our concerned of being able to see out the window during night time while balancing the objective of blocking out as much of the sun’s heat as possible and we made a decision to go with their recommendation of 35% (percentage of light allowed in).
We left and walked to have breakfast and by the time we were done and walked back, it was done (about 1 hour). They accept only cash $ 219 (with taxes included) for the 5 back windows to our sedan.
Professional work and delivered as promised. They do contract work for several large car dealers and their work speaks for itself. They even provide advice on how to maintain their work and it is under warranty.
I will recommend them to others.

Just got my wife’s Subaru tinted by these guys few days ago.
Good price, good service, good quality tint. What more can i say…
I waited for less than 1 hour (yes, really quick). Their nice garage and clean office with lots of magazines and wall posters make the waiting time painless. Oh, forgot to mention that wifi is also available. Most importantly, you can tell the owner takes pride in his work.
Definitely would recommend my friend to this place.

Bought a new car, and after reading Unilocal reviews I decided to take my car to PH Solar Window Tinting. I have to say the Unilocal ratings were right on the money.

–they are perfectionists. I saw one of the sons ask the dad about something, and they decided to re-​do a window to make it perfect.
full 5 door hatch back done in 45 minutes.

$ 195 plus tax. Cash only. One hour to complete and feels good to support a family run business. No bubbles and comes w a five year warranty against peeling and a lifetime warranty against turning purple. Husband and I are happy and we’re happy to keep baby protected from the hot sun. Thanks!

I had my broken window fixed here for cheap. The previous reviews did it justice which is always nice. They got the job done quickly and were very genuine and friendly.

I had just bought my car and was in need of a tint job. I have seen horrible tint jobs where bubbles appear and it goes from black to purple. I would rather have it done right the first time as opposed to taking it back over and over.
After reading reviews online in different car forums and Unilocal,I ended up going with PH Solar Tinting. These guys were great and professional. It is a family run business and do tint work for major dealerships in the city.
They were very quick, in and out in 90 minutes — efficient! They have 4 people working on your car at the same time.

family run business that knows what they are doing, they have been in the business for many years. they have a clean shop and can handle any kind of tint job. I had a friend who had PH come to his condo and tint the windows, he was very happy. drop your car off and there is lots to do on kingsway while you wait.
