Paw Prints Grooming Salon

I have been going to Paw Prints for many years with my dogs. I have never once been disappointed! My dogs are so well taken care of, come out looking happy and gorgeous. Jen and her team are amazing and you know they love their clients (pets that is)!!! Freindly staff and always accomodating. PG

This has been Lady’s salon for about a year now and we are fans. How did I find Paw Prints? When Lady and I were on our neighbourhood walks I would simply ask folks with dogs who their groomer was. The answer was Paw Prints every time. That is a pretty good review in itself.

Awesome work team! I love my poodle Luna’s new cut. Amazing work with Luna who can be difficult to trim around the face and feet. This has been the best cut she’s had. I will be coming back! 5 stars girls! Thank you so much.

Very good time for Criiter getting her first professional grooming. Jenn and staff were great and truly seemed to care about my kitty. I was happy to have my skateboard pets of Longboarder Labs taken care of by another business on West 4^th Ave. Great work and Thankyou.

website says $ 38 and up for small dogs’ grooming. My 8 lb. dog was charged $ 54, even with 20 per cent off for a first-​time service. I was told the regular price is $ 65. This is not what the website advises. Pricing problems aside. Service was excellent and my dog got a great haircut.

Jenn gives my cat Harriett a lion cut every summer! She is the best! She is so quick and it’s great because my cat l has a bit of a tummy issue. POOR JENN! Harriett is so full of herself when she gets home and the job Jenn does is impeccable! Clean and absolutely beautiful everytime! Also she is so flexible and get me in almost instantly when I call. I can’t say a bad thing!

Paw Prints… Is absolutely fabulous in the way they love and care for your pets. Wonderful place to get all you pets needs met. I recommend great service.

I have a dog that whenever it gets wet outside he matts like you would not believe. He will NOT allow me to even brush him when he gets like that so I call up the best groomer I know Paw Prints in Kitsilano and they do an amazing job and he comes out looking fantastic. Love you guys.

I have been going to Paw Prints for over 12 years! Obviously, I rate them the best grooming salon in Vancouver — and I tried many before I found them. My two (latest) rescue pups, who have some issues, are not enthused about being groomed, but they have never had a problem being there. Every one of the staff does excellent work, loves what they do and the animals and they always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I especially love that Jenn, the owner, volunteers her time to rescue animals. Who can’t love a lady like that!

I have always been happy with the wonderful job Jenn Cutnam and her crew provide when they groom my two senior Bichon Frises, Pixie & Finnigan… my dogs always come home happy, no cuts, or razor burns, no injuries or traumas. The gals working here are all very gentle with them and their beautiful white coats are always so silky soft and fluffed!
In the past I have had some bad experiences with mediocre and poor dog groomers — groomers who have nicked or cut my dogs, hurt their legs & shoulders by handling them too rough, and I even had a groomer who took it upon herself to SHAVE all my dogs hair off without asking!!!
These girls were a godsend in the final years of my oldest Bichon, Casey’s life (R.I.P.) as she became quite fragile & was deaf, which caused her to be somewhat confused & disoriented and as such, a «biter». She still needed to be bathed & groomed though. Many groomers would have told me to hit the road, but not these ladies…
Their patience, kindness, compassion & skill make me love and appreciate them each and every time the kidlets and I walk thru the door!

Marlowe had he first grooming session in Vancouver at Paw Prints. Jen put both our puppy and us at ease. After 3 hours he came back looking quite debonair and happy. His coat is still silky smooth and soft. We will be back !

Amazing. These people know what they are doing. My dog HATES people touching her paws, but somehow they know how to get it done. It’s awesome and she’s even started to calm down! Thanks!

My terrier Harry is very lovable and easy going EXCEPT when it is grooming time, whereby he morphs into a combination of Cujo and a devil-​dog. As a testament to Paw Prints skillful groomers, despite Harry’s uncooperative nature he leaves the salon looking adorable.
Because my dog is such a challenge they really take extra time with him — they groom him for a few minutes and then let him relax for a while before doing a bit more. I have dropped in unexpectedly and all the dogs in their care seem very relaxed and the groomers appear to genuinely like animals.
I like being able to make reservations online and appreciate that they are located within the Cat and Dog Shop so I can combine the grooming trip with picking up supplies. Extra points for letting Harry return despite his less than ideal behaviour!
