I had a terrible experience interacting with this business that has spanned over far to many months. I received an antique clock that has a lot of family history tied to it but it had not been in working order for decades. I brought the clock to Pacey’s for restoration and repair. For the initial repair I was charged $ 700. The repair took a while but I was not initially concerned. The clock; however, was never really fixed. The mechanism would continue to break or jam every few days. The clock repair person at Pacey’s would rarely, if ever return my emails or phone calls to come and fix the clock. It required contacting the manager to finally get him to come repair the clock. He did but again the clock was never really fixed. I had asked Pacey’s to refund my money for the repair 6 weeks prior to this post, noting to them that I would include their refund decision in my post. They have not refunded my money nor answered any more of my communications regarding a refund at this point. I could not have had a more terrible experience dealing with this business. I’m not sure if their piano selling side is more professional but take my advice: do not give your clock repair business to Pacey’s!
