Monika’s education began at UBC in Nutritional Sciences where she worked as a Wellness Educator. Today she integrates nutritional food cures in her practice alongside her training as a Registered Acupuncturist at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

She has postgraduate specialized training in myofascial pain and acupoint injection. She singularly combines her knowledge of orthopedic acupuncture with the Dr. Vodder MLD lymphatic drainage massage and offers comprehensive pain management care.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher with 800 hours of training she has a sincere desire to relieve her students’ suffering with integrity and compassion.
