I happened to be in the area waiting for another store to open when I came across this electrical store. I needed to rewire my bicycle head light and thought they might have the wire and switches I needed. I asked the man behind the counter if he could help me find some standard low wattage wire. He said he never wired a bicycle head light and told me to look for the wire by myself on the rack. He wasn’t interested in giving a lay person any helpful advice or guidance. He just sat there behind his desk working on a pricing gun that got it’s tape stuck. I found some Velcro straps that I needed and when I wanted to pay for them, it took him a while to acknowledge me and then asked another person to take my money. The worst customer service I ever had. Go to some of the other electronic stores on Main Street, because these dinosaurs are about to get extinct with that type of attitude they have towards customers. I would have preferred to give them zero stars but that was not an option. As for the old guy behind the counter, my suggestion is you check yourself into a retirement home where you can be grumpy with other old people who feel they have had a miserable life.

I needed a replacement AC adapter for a label maker. They not only found the right one, but found also the right plug adapter, which was not standard, tested it before plugging it, then tested my label maker was effectively working with all that. Finally they taped the plug adapter to the AC adapter’s plug so they don’t get separated! I don’t think they could have gone any further to provide an outstanding service. I totally recommend this place for any electrical or electronic part.

This place is awesome! I never knew that a place like this existed anymore. All your electronic projects probably need parts and here is where you can get them! I’ve only heard of this place once before, but on a random stroll(I don’t usually head this deep into main.) This place has racks and racks of electronic parts. It kind of reminds me of radio shack from the early 80’s.(I was only a little kid in the 80’s but I still remember radio shack and it’s electronics department.) In fact, I think someone from the Source by circuit city recommended this place to me when I couldn’t find anything there! Sure it’s not a new shiny store, and looks like it’s from the seventy’s or sixties. But I like it. Rows and racks of electronic parts that you just can’ find anymore.

Love this place. Not always the first place I think of to go for electronic parts, but it should be. They always have exactly what I was looking for, and I always end up kicking myself for not just going there in the first place. Good selection. Very helpful and friendly. Very good prices in my experience.
