In my never-ending contemporary/modern furniture shopping quest, LivingSpace was another one of the stops I hit… very similar lines to Inform, but their prices were higher for the same piece and service was worse. There were definitely pieces I liked in there, but when it comes time to order, I’ll probably be going elsewhere.

One of my 3 top MODERN furniture showrooms in Vancouver. I’ve worked with Livingspace for a number of years for all various scales of projects. The Livingspace family’s years of experience in the furniture business offers clients an in depth knowledge of the various high end European furniture collections. The interior of the showroom is a beautiful white box that highlights the furniture well, designed by one of my favorite architects Battersby Howatt, the shopping experience is immediate upon entry of this this showroom. Furniture favorites are MDFITALIA, MINOTTI, LIGNEROSET, ARPER, e15, and of course PAOLALENTI to name a few. Livingspace recently launched their ecommerce website which highlights their most popular product lines. Owner Ross Bonetti brings his own appreciation of good quality design through the collections of furniture he represents. If you ever need a help with furniture feel free to ask for Johanna, Victoria, Mark — they have an extensive knowledge of the product lines and are always so helpful to helping you find the right piece.

presenting the ultra high end furniture store that defines modern living… IMO. They run the gambit of all the best designers. everything from Kartel, Herman Miller, and Flos. Every time I go into their space I am gob smacked at all the amazing pieces they have and usually have to carry a hanky with me to catch the drool. The space is open concept and all the furniture is laid out gallery style which allows you to experience everything from start to finish. I have yet to purchase anything from this store but cant wait for the day to come when I can. If you decide to make the trek to Livingspace I highly recommend making it a «trip» because you cant just go in a browse you have to go in and experience everything first hand! enjoy!
