Awful staff. I guess it may be ok if youre an expert but dont go there unless you really know what youre talking about. They will treat you like dirt.

I’m not sure if I caught the staff on a bad day or what, but when I came in the guys at the counter didn’t seem interested in helping me at all and I was the only guy in the store. I walked in interested in a new rifle and left with only some cleaning supplies and took my big purchase elsewhere. Prices were good so that’s why they still get 3 stars.

Had my first dealings with lever arms this week. Purchased some surplus ammo. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed some advice and they were more than happy to help. Great experience. Will definitely return.

Purchased some ammunition and other accessories there. Service is a little spotty and the staff not very friendly. Prices are fairly close in terms of ammunition to other retailers. Have not really compared their firearm prices to other stores. Not sure I would buy more expensive items here based on their service.

I purchased a 9 mm pistol from Lever Arms, as well as some ammo, and a bit of related gear. The store is well laid out, and the staff is quite knowledgeable about their products. I found them to be well organized, and able to deal with all the paperwork arising from a restricted gun purchase in a timely manner. Prices can be a little more expensive than out in the valley, or from some online sources, but it’s a fine establishment. I do find their website a little vague and it doesn’t list all the products they carry. However, if you’re in the city, and you find yourself in the market for a firearm, Lever Arms is a solid choice.
