I would give this 0 stars is possible! I booked a Brazilian here today and it was the WORST waxing experience ever!!! My «waxer» was Helen and she had no business «waxing» anyone let alone doing a Brazilian!!! The strip got stuck on my hair as she was waxing and she had to cut it off! I asked her how much experience was and she said «I wouldn’t be waxing you if I didn’t know what I was doing.» At this point I was horrified! Why would you retort with that? Truth is there are MANY under experienced waxers out there. I told her to finish up the area and leave me be. She continued even when I told her not to, so I was clearly upset and told her to stop. She left bits of the wax and strips all over me. I’m completely disgusted by the service and the fact the salon would allow such inexperienced aestheticians work there! I’ve been there many times & had waxing done Yu and another girl who were both fabulous and professional. This was completely unexpected and like I told Helen, I will not be coming back for any service. I didn’t pay for this «service» as I will need to go to my regular salon for a proper job.

Somehow I’d never noticed this little salon on 4^th although I walk by there often. I first heard about it through my son of all people. He was home late after work one Friday and it turns out he and one of his co-​workers treat themselves to mani/​pedis every pay day. Clearly I’ve taught this young man well! :)
I wanted to treat a friend for her birthday so we walked up there for our appointments. It’s small but they made sure we were seated beside each other. I LOVE the massaging chairs!!! I could have sat there all afternoon. We just went for pedicures this time. My feet look fantastic and are so soft. My toenails are perfect.
I used to go further to pay $ 10 less but the place is dumpy and it smells of chemicals. I’d rather pay a little bit more to be able to just walk here and the atmosphere is way nicer. The staff were really nice too. They’ve already got one regular in my family and now they’ve got a second. I’ll be going back for sure and I’ll probably take my daughter too. Keeping it local!
