For the price you are paying you can find a lot better and healthy alterative. I was visiting Canada and thought I would try one. Yucky. I will stick with my Shakeology thank you. Better ingredients. Cost less per drink. Healthy for you. Want to learn more. contact me. @

This is a review for the Jugo Juice in the food court at Pacific Centre in Vancouver.
I’ll start off by saying that i’ve been to multiple Jugo Juice locations before, but i’ve never had such a horrible customer experience such as this.
I was at this Jugo Juice location, just this past Saturday April 23^rd 2016, and ordered a PB & Chocolate. I received my PB & Chocolate shortly after and I noticed right away that the smoothie was very watery and not thick at all as a smoothie should be. The man who made my smoothie apologized when I shook it around when he handed it off to me as he told me that the frozen yogurt had not been completely frozen that day. I tasted it and it tasted absolutely horrible as it was not only very watery but it also tasted very watered down with zero flavour.
I took the drink to the front cash where the manager was at, an older asian fellow, and I know he was the manager because I asked. I told him that this smoothie was watery and had no taste to it. His english wasn’t that great, but he told me the same thing that the man who made my drink that the yogurt was not completely frozen. I asked him if I could just have another drink made then that did not have frozen yogurt and that is when he got very upset and started arguing with me. He acted as if I was trying to rip him off when I wanted was a new drink to replace the extremely sub-​par watered down PB & Chocolate. He finally decided to give me a new drink and obviously still very mad.
The most shocking part about this story is that I had my original drink sitting on the counter in front of the cash register and this manager yelled and told me to throw out the drink myself as he was already making me a free drink to replace and that he had no garbage cans.
This whole experience at this Jugo Juice location was crazy to me as I have never met or encountered a manager who cared so little about customer relations. Because of this, I will not be a Jugo Juice customer any more.
Jugo Juice you need to be a little more diligent in who you franchise out your businesses to as this manager at the Pacific Centre location is not doing the Jugo Juice name any justice.

I ordered a watermelon wiggle and asked the person manning the cash register if I can just have watermelon because I’m allergic to mango and she said yes so I purchased the drink and when the drink came I notice that the color was not red and I ask her if there is mango in it and she said yes and I told her I can’t have it because I’m allergic to mango. She started to argue with me until I got got fed up and walked away and threw away the drink! This the Jugo Juice in pacific centre mall inside the foodcourt

I am writing the review for the Jugo Juice in Richmond Center food court. This branch were running by Chinese owner. And as I can see with my eyes. They threw the rotten apple to make the juice (that made my stomach feel very bad then). And today they threw a rotten Carrot to make a Max veggie. And when I went home, I need to go to wash room right away. I think, this is a very bad company, Be careful. It’s better to make the juice at home. For older or not healthy people, this will hurt their health right away. But for young people, this might hurt their health gradually. It’s better to report this to Health Canada or Food safety Canada. Warning to every one who care the health.

Good service. I liked the staff. The lady at front was full of smiles.

I could literally buy a blender, fruit and veggies and blend myself a drink faster than it takes them to make mine.

After some shopping cardio, I tend to visit the nearest Jugo Juice location and relax with a long-​time favourite, the Green Protein, alongside a choice of flatbread for a snack, usually the Chicken Caesar or Curry Mango. I have come to find that, as luck would have it, not all malls carry a location which is disappointing, to say the least. I tend to forget to eat while I’m out so Jugo Juice is a great option for nourishing the body with nutrients while on-​the-​go! Love!

A Jugo Juice smoothie is usually a great alternative for lunch, when you’re looking for something filling and healthy. I usually get a scoop of Vega protein added to make it even better. A tablespoon is $ 1.50 extra, and a «scoop» is $ 2.50 extra.
I assumed a «scoop» meant a scoop like the one that comes in the package. When you buy a container of Vega protein, it comes with a scoop that measures out a fairly big portion.
This time, I watched the girl put the protein powder in my drink (I’m usually too distracted). She put in a tablespoon, and a little bit more. I said, «Excuse me, but I ordered a scoop, not a tablespoon». She said, «Yes, a scoop», but didn’t add anything. After she gave me my smoothie, I asked to see the «scoop». She showed me the tablespoon. She refused to add any more protein in my drink. So, for $ 1.00 extra, you get ½ a tbsp. more. WHAT A RIP OFF!

Fresh squeezed orange juice isn’t fresh at all. They would make juices ahead And stack them up in their display cooler. This is the JJ in food court. Tastes awful when it’s not fresh.

It’s a chain smoothy that serves fresh juices for the healthy aware. This isn’t a place that you would fill up at, however, a good substitute for a healthy drink while shopping kinda option. Prices are a bit high, however, you pay for the ingredients. Customer service could use an improvement. It wouldn’t hurt to smile once in a while.

I was in the ladies washroom around the corner, from Tim Horton’s, this afternoon, a woman came out of the stall, and never washed her hands. I watched her go directly to behind the counter at Jugo juice. That is absolutely disgusting, have been telling all my friends and everyone i meet. Should be reported to the food inspection agency…

I love juice and Jugo is a chain that seems to be abundant.
Great fruit smooties and price is about right. Service from staff is great.

They have great smoothies that really fill you up. I always get the tropical protein — delicious.
The staff are always pretty friendly and efficient too!

This is probably my favourite place for fruit based drinks. They serve some of the best fruit smoothies and I never see them add extra sugar. Yes, they use frozen fruits to blend their smoothies, but the frozen ingredients are high quality. Recently, I tried the açaí berry smoothie made with açaí berries, mangoes, blueberries, pomegranates and cranberries. It was packed full of fruity berry flavour, like woah! I love how to label each drink with ingredients, calories, carbs, vitamin C content and servings of fruit too.

I thought I was seeing doubles! There are TWO Jugo Juices in Pacific Centre — one in the food court, and one by Holt Renfrew on the underground level. The food court one tends to get busier. Other than that, no differences.
I’m a fan of the Snackin’ Smoothies (14 oz). Their regular sizes are seriously hunormous — would give me a sugar high for sure! I like Jugo Juice and its clean healthy image, but fruit sugar is still sugar. The 14 oz varieties contain 30−40g of carbs per their website (mostly sugar I assume). So this is definitely an occasional indulgence for me.
Their wraps are pretty good, I must say. Overpriced for what it is though.

Nope. Not a fan.
I love fresh juices and in the world of horrible food courts and relatively nutrition poor food to go options, I often default to smoothies. Yesterday morning though I need to go puritan and get some freshly squeezed juice to try and get ride of my 11 day old cold. I opted for the orange carrot juice and was offered fresh ginger kick for free which I happily accepted.
Now let me just say, I know what freshly squeezed juice tastes like. I have a juicer at home and use it often. This juice was CLEARLY watered down. Not to mention all the good leftover pulp was strained out. Also, not even a hint of ginger came through.
Look, if you just want to sell «drinks» as opposed to «juices», fine. But if you tell me you are selling freshly squeeze juice for $ 4 a pop for a v. small glass, it better not include water.
MAJOR «not in this house!» finger wagging!!!

JUGO JUICE. It’s definitely not Jamba Juice, but it met my needs.
The food court at Pacific Centre Mall has everything from Chinese, Greek, Mexican, Japanese, you name it. However, all of those just didn’t sound appetizing so opted for Jugo Juice instead.
I ordered the Green Tea Buzz. Seeing as how I LOVE GREEN TEA I had pretty high expectations. My first sip, now it wasn’t so bad. Didn’t have that «overly powdered» after taste. So my next sip, «oh its not so bad, granted it’s a bit too sweet.» Whilst trying to analyze whether I liked it or not, I had already gotten half way done with it (good sign).
Good thing about Jugo Juice is that you can find one any where. If you’re craving juice or smoothies, you know where to look :0)

So inside the food court you have all those options. So many things to choose from: tacos, chinese, fries, sandwiches, japanese, vietnamese, ice cream, etc.
I’ve tried a few of them and I’m not impressed. So my standby each and every time in jugo juice. I had already fallen in love with their smoothies. But recently I tried their grilled chicken wrap. It was a little slow for them to warm it up on the grill– but it was very tasty. It had a colorful green tortilla (extra healthy if it’s green– right?), lots of chicken, and a tasty sauce. It was a filling meal, but felt light unlike many of the other greasy options available.
Lots of fresh fruit– as I waited for my sandwich, I watched them coring pineapples and mincing apples. Yum!

Many moons ago, I worked for a brief stint at a Jugo Juice during high school and I can confirm that this was when my love for Jugo began. Call me biased, but the smoothies and fresh juices are topnotch. Much time has passed since my employment there and I am very happy to report that Jugo Juice has gotten only better, serving more smoothie options (such as no dairy and no sorbet) along with a wider variety of fruits and supplements to add to your drink. My favourite is the fresh apple, orange and carrot juice. Along with drinks, Jugo Juice also has a selection of very tasty vegetarian and non-​veggie wraps and panini’s. Healthy and yummy!

Back in the day, I used to consider Jugo Juice to be top notch when it came to blended fruit drinks. They offered a good mix of tropical fruit and other flavours more familiar with this side of the globe (apples, et al). Having travelled a bit more, my palette is now a bit more developed. This said, the less than fresh fruit is much more detectable, particularly when frozen fruit is being used in lieu of their fresher (and inaccessible) counterparts.
Still, Jugo Juice is a good place to cool off on hot summer days when the thought of anything heavier is unappealing.
