Hmmm
I hate to have to lower a star rating, but came in and ordered a Grape Slush (it was 2.50 on special it said) somehow she charged me 2.95 plus 1 $ ??
Also it’s really hot inside while you wait for your drink to be made.

4* based on bubble tea. Is not the fanciest place downtown, either the best buble tea I have tried. But I have to say that the quality price is good and I enjoy drinking my bubble tea every time Im on the lybrary or it is on my way to somewhere.
On top of that, they offer a discount card and on x amount of drinks they give you a free one.

The place sells Asian style snacks and drinks like Chinese waffle, bubble tea and noodles… It is nothing special and the taste like bland. I ordered the bubble tea, and it was alright but the waffle was terrible. It was soft. No sure if this is the way they like to eat.
If you like to have a smoothie or beverage, there are many places around in the area you can choose.

This is actually inside the Central Public Library. Although the snacks are nothing to write home about and are horrible, they do somewhat do a decent, not great but decent job on their bubble tea. Sadly this is the only place within a 5 minute radius of getting bubble tea if you have a craving after the library.
