Why buy or scavenge for cardboard moving boxes, when FROGBOX will deliver convenient, affordable, eco-​friendly moving boxes and moving supplies! Mathieson has been the General Manager of FROGBOX since December 2009. He is diligent about providing FROGBOX customers with the best service possible with the goal of making our customers’ moves as easy as possible. His passion for the environment is evident in everything he does. Prior to joining FROGBOX he worked with Technicians for Sustainability in Tucson, Arizona.

Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the actual boxes because I was never able to use them.
I went to the Frogbox website and filled in their handy dandy customer service form to ask a couple of questions. I fully intended to use their product, just needed a couple of questions answered first. Sadly, no one bothered to answer, which is kind of rude. And the questions really weren’t all that difficult or bothersome.
After waiting almost two weeks for a response, I decided to go with another company, who answered within 3 hours. Now THAT’S customer service!

Really great service — will never move again without Frogbox!
The staff is really easy to deal with. I needed a 1 week extension and they responded to my email within 5 minutes and didn’t require any more info. The whole process is just so easy I can’t imagine going around trying to find cardboard boxes to move.
Only thing I noticed was that there weren’t enough labels for the boxes, so maybe ask for them to add extra. A suggestion for Frogbox would be to make boxes specifically for wine glasses (with square slots like a liquor case) or delicate items.

Excellent service!
Well, I called Frog Box and spoke to Mike, super friendly person on the phone. I explained that i needed the boxes asap and could he deliver them today! No problem he said I could have a guy in your area, (North Vancouver) later that day! Great was all i could think.
The delivery would be between 2 – 5 that same day. The delivery person (DARN DIDNT GET HIS NAME) called me 3 times explaining that he was running late coming back from Squamish with traffic ad the rain that day. The boxes arrived and were deivered up my very long driveway and neatly tucked under the awning of my garage where i wanted them.
It turns out I looked at my calender and completely had the wrong date for my move. I also heard from our contractors and the house that was to be ready to be moved in will NOT be ready. Now i don’t even need the Frog Box’s until middle of October and it not even the end of September yet!
I called Mike again and he said he would extend my rental for another week at no extra charge! Who does that these days? That is customer service at its finest!
So happy with this company, i cant say enough.

great service, repeat customer and would highly recommend frog box for any move.
that said, our latest experience could have been better.
1) our delivery guy was super friendly as usual and careful maneuvering, but they sent him out on his own and we had a big order so i ended up having to help him unload the boxes myself which is not what we pay for
2) the location we dealt with did not have wardrobe boxes, which was unfortunate
otherwise, awesome company and a great idea — and it’s a sustainable solution which we vancouverites love right!

I found out about FROGBOX while googling local moving companies in Vancouver, and I’m now a total FROGBOX convert. Ordering was easy and done online. I received a confirmation call the day before delivery, and the delivery itself was done right within the scheduled time window. The delivery guy was friendly and very careful to not damage anything/​scratch the floor, etc. The boxes themselves were easy to pack, and stacked nicely until they were ready to be moved. Their stackability also made it super fast on moving day for the movers to pile up the boxes on a dolly, and quickly move a bunch of them at a time. Perhaps my favourite part though, was after the boxes were unpacked, I didn’t have to undergo the incredibly painful process of trying to get rid of a roomful of cardboard boxes. Instead, the empty boxes stacked neatly in a corner of my living room, and a few days later FROGBOX came to pick them up — in the evening, no less, meaning I didn’t have to leave work early to meet them. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next move!

Ok so we usually always grab frog boxes for moving, BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
In two of the frog boxes there was CAT PEE (HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT) ! It stunk! And we have no cats so clearly they don’t clean or check there boxes before sending them out to their clients.

Very happy with Frogbox. Boxes were delivered and picked up on time, and by the friendliest guy. He was very careful about maneuvering in and out of the units so as not to cause any damage to walls or furniture. Also explained how to assemble the wardrobe boxes.
Ordering was done online which was easy, and received confirmations by email 1 day prior to drop off and pick up.
The moving company I used (Go Truck Go) loves it when customers use Frogboxes because it makes the move go much faster (which means cheaper for me!)
Highly recommended.

I did have a problem with the Frogbox pickup guy and I wasn’t very happy. However, after I made my complaint, I almost immediately heard from two senior representatives of the company with what I felt were sincere apologies. I also believe that my experience wasn’t normal and that this company is serious about its service. I do think they care about their customers and their business partnerships (in this case, their services were offered in conjunction with the services of Vancouver in The Box).

These guys are FANTASTIC we ordered a number of boxes for a one bedroom apartment and they delivers on time –early actually and we filled the boxes and placed in our garage. It was amazing we used every box and got everything moved. It speeded up the process as well because the movers just put the boxes on their dollies and within 45 minutes they were loaded.
We had a call yesterday to see that the move had gone well Anastasia organized our box pick up on Monday to fit my schedule.
I cannot recommend frog box enough it is a stellar company

Our realtor (Janet Rathbun) gifted us frog boxes for three weeks. I love this company! The boxes were delivered by a lovely man. They were clean and in like new condition. I was given a quick tutorial on how to best use them. Laura Lee did her best to get them to us earlier than we originally asked for, and made it happen. All of the staff was pleasant to deal with. No surplus of cardboard to deal with after the move, either. The crates are easy to carry and hold far more than you would think. Hopefully this is our last move for a while, but when we do I will definitely call Frogbox

FrogBox is the best solution for a smooth move! Our packers at Vancouver In The Box, use hundreds of frogboxes every month. They are easy to work with, no tape required. Especially we appreciate the high end service every client gets– Frogbox delivers the boxes on time and pick them up at the end of the unpacking process. The boxes are always clean and ready to use. Pricing? about the same or less as if you buy cardboard.
Wardrobe boxes from Frogbox will cost half the price of a wardrobe you will buy in the store. If you don’t wish to live with your boxes– no reason to buy them, just order Frogboxes.

Moving isn’t fun, but Frogbox made the entire process more bearable. Their website was easy to navigate. Their customer service was friendly and reliable. The boxes stack and are easy to move.

Yay! I LOVE Frogboxes. They made my packing & moving so much easier and less stressful, and my movers loved them as well. The gentleman who dropped them off was so nice and helpful and he gave me lots of great tips on the best ways to use them and showed me how to put together the wardrobe boxes properly. They also give you enough labels for all the boxes and can sell you environmentally friendly packing material as well.
I ordered the 1 bdrm package with 3 wardrobe boxes and the 10 extra boxes that you only pay for if you use them (I did). So easy to pack and stack and the wardrobe boxes were a lifesaver! Having someone drop off and pick up the boxes was a real time saver as well. And, having a predetermined pickup date REALLY helped motivate me to get all my stuff unpacked quickly (though you can easily call for an extension if you need them for longer). Everyone I dealt with at Frogbox was very friendly and enthusiastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has to move. The price is very reasonable for the amount of stress and hassle it saves you, and you’re helping the froggies as well!

These things make packing and unpacking so much easier. They drop them off to you, you have them for as long as you need them. They protect your stuff and when tou are done and unpacked they come and pick them all up from you. They cost about the same as buying cardboard boxes from Budget but you don’t have to go get them, build them and dispose of them. Great idea and very friendly staff.

I Could have sworn I wrote a review for these guys.
I used Frogbox in summer ’13. I got enough for 1 bdrm, but wish I had ordered more. 5 – 10 More. The boxes were very clean, smelling like vinegar, as claimed. I requested to have them for two weeks and I think even had them for less of the time since it was an encouraging way to get your stuff unpacked. I did not have to make ten trips to the grocery store for boxes. Mr. Frogbox Guy just came in and dropped them off/​picked them up. They have two sizes a small and large. They also come with stickers so I was able to label all the” fragile «stickers on the boxes and the movers knew right away which helped on the communication and everything moved really fast. My move was under budget.

Moving is stressful, so anything to ease the procedure is fantastic as far as I’m concerned. A friend gave us the Frogbox service as a gift, and we were a bit skeptical at first, but we are now complete converts. Frogbox makes moving easy: they deliver the boxes to your door and pick them up at a pre-​approved time after your move. If you need more time, you can continue to rent the boxes at a very reasonable price. They also include labels (which you don’t have to take off – they take care of all that).
The delivery people are helpful and will answer all of your questions. Further, you are sent e-​mail reminders about drop-​off and pick-​up. They also call fifteen minutes before they arrive – it’s great.
I wish I’d known that you can also order packing paper, bubble wrap, and plastic ties through Frogbox.
Also, the big boxes are really big, and when they’re full, they weigh… a lot. Next time, we’ll order three times as many small boxes and half as many big boxes.

I dont know why the rating is so great on Unilocal BUT I was very disappointed by their customer service.
The price was expensive compare to BungoBox and other company.

Frogbox rocks. Delivered on time the day you need them, So easy to pack and stack, reasonably priced. We used the biodegradable bubblewrap too and the recycled paper for packing. We ordered 35 boxes for a 1-​bedroom apt and we had one empty box left over.
Since I moved to SAlt Spring Island, I brought the boxes back to the Lower Mainland to return them, but Frogbox picked them up.
NOTE HOURS: on Unilocal it says their office is open to 8pm but they close at 4pm. However, they are always available by email and phone,
