Freshslice Pizza

4 stars for: value, cleanliness, very nice service, fresh slices.
Of all the times I’ve dropped into a Freshslice, this was definitely the best. First time at this location. It is obviously not gourmet pizza but great price for a tasty fresh slice works sometimes too. Plus the staff at this location were much friendlier and more informative than most.

It’s been 10 years since I’ve eaten at a Fresh Slice joint and my time of month got the best of me. Clearly this is how I remembered it. Bad spiced pizza and over priced. I just wished that I had remembered that before I walked in.

For sure not one of the better pizzas. Hardly any cheese on it and the pizza seemed like it had been made the night before almost ! For sure not very fresh !
Anyways the one good thing they have going is you can get the 8 slices for $ 9.99. So the price is good but the quality is not ! There are so many good pizza places out there that you could go to !

First off, I’d like to make it clear that this review is only for the Main Street/​Riley Park location. I have tried other Fresh Slice locations and they are hit and miss. It all comes down to how the place is run and I can see it is being run properly, as the manager/​owner named Albert, is always present taking care of his business. Although there are other pizza joints in the area, Fresh Slice is still the best value. For a chain pizza joint, this particular location makes the best pie — perfect crust to toppings ratio. When I phoned in the place the order, I was pleasantly relieved to hear Albert’s voice, as I knew that was a sure sign my pie was going to be made to perfection. We ordered two pies — bacon, mushroom, onion and pepperoni and the other, pesto mushroom w/​extra tomato sauce on a thin crust. I was lucky enough to try a slice each before my Husband, equipped with his super-​azn metabolism devoured both medium pizzas right before my eyes in a mere 10 minutes!
